a bg deal was made in the courtroom by the fca that the investors had reaped the benefits of an increasing shareprice and they should have a haircut. This has not happened with provident and so this is not a fair and reasonable request which is now subject to case law. The barrister acting will be able to now draw on this verdict and any judge will use it as precedent. Especially when the PROV share price has increased 40% since their SOA was announced. So in fact Provi success does help Amigo and helps protect the actual shareholders.

They aren’t going into the process saying SOA or insolvency which is the right way to approach it. Based on judge abs fca feedback.

It makes no odds it was on Friday anyway. The market update mentioned nothing of insolvency abs we know that amigo have scheduled 5 meetings within a 4 week period. Again broadly in line with the amended financials date of before September 2nd. This is a step forward.

You know what happens with the default. If the bonds were to be cancelled we would have to pay them back. All because a letter “could” affect the forward looking statements. If it was an issue for the holders and or the company. It is easy to delete the forward looking statements abs just issue the results.

If the vreqs are released along with the current restrictions the share price will go up.

If they formally announce SOA2 it will go up.

If there is a few options that the committee get to discuss, that the fca has preapproved the share price will go up.

If it goes through the first court case and is not contested by the fca it will go up.

If the SOA goes through the second court case it will go up.

It was 30p ish before the second court case so from where we are now there will be opportunities to make money before we even get to the point of releasing.

The interesting point is the forward looking statements aren’t being changed but the date of results release is being changed. That tells you all you need to know!!!!

Not ideal but there is positives in that little bundle of misery.

Dilution can come in with an SOA and return to lending. They would get it away at a 22p premium on today’s price as well!!
