Debt camel have advised people to stop paying and that CCJ’s would NOT HAPPEN. It appears the first one has hit the doormat today. The logic that a lender will not impose a ccj for £55 to secure payment is moronic.

The letter could impact the forward looking statements- it doesn’t impact the 12 month performance. Do you not get it? To issue results without the forward looking statements is fairly basic stuff.

No amigo halted due to forward looking statements due to forward looking statements. Based on a letter from the fca. It’s not hard to amend. Delete the paragraph. So why are amigo delaying them????
It’s scaremongering at best. All they have to do is issue results before the 2nd. Not exactly science. But more to the point, it’s a different tact to insolvency but not beneficial.
What’s the point bringing in insolvency specialists to look at all options when all they need to do is default on accounts. Woft article to depress the sp. woeful effort.
Ah another holder, joined this month, only posted on amigo, backing up the person that kicks a significant holder, proclaims a holding, again joined this month. Lol
Given the current suspension of all new lending activity at Amigo, the size of the securitisation facility has been reduced from £250 million to £100 million, effective 25 June 2021. All cash generation arising from customer loans held within the facility is restricted and will continue to be used during the extended waiver period extension to further reduce the outstanding balance of the facility. As of the date of this extension, the facility was drawn at £27 million.
The securitisation was reduced as the fca called on this at the court hearing. I would imagine this can be put back in place for new lending- but reduced so it cannot be currently used as ammo against us.
