RE: News must be close15 Feb 2026 14:57
Andy,
The longer this goes towards full 280n take up, I'd hope they would keep this in house, 86% phase 2, NHS funded for Phase 3, what's the point of out licensing it for a few mill and some back end money when you can keep the lot, trial complete 2027, data read out 2027,/28 and 2029 latest for market roll out, , they must surely be tempted to hold on until data read out?
When it was just 001 and the sniff in the air of 002, then outlicensing 001 as a matter of urgency was a no brainer.
Now there is 001, 002, 014, 015a and 015b plus more to come ( RNS and interview with A.T. ) they have a golden opportunity to become a proper life sciences business, not just pumping out early stage molecules into big pharmas pockets.
Their ability to gain U.S. non dilutative funding to run each programme, plus the existing UK Govt/NHS money is a game changer i.m.o.
Look on their website at the Nasdaq listed peer companies, if they can get on there end of 2026/2027 then they have a genuine shot of rerating into a $750 - $1.5BN Pharma, a decent chunk of that value will be 001 for UK and Europe, if they keep it.
Look at the BOD taking stock and warrant positions recently, as we've seen with recent M & A activity these types of Co. vehicles get sold for silly money at a certain inflection point.
They now have Five opportunities to hit $1bn plus, 001 has a very high chance of success, 002, imo will be the same due to Spravato and other data on ketamin being well tolerated in trials and treatments, assuming it gets positive bridging data there are two decent jackpot opportunities, 014 is choosing its lead candidate, 015 Meth & Coke there should be some US reporting soon? plus 015 depression.
Guess it depends on your outlook, if you want a quick flip you'll want this out licensed, if you are in this for a life changing payout, you'll hope they keep everything?
