Like all small caps there are investors and traders in here, some of the investors will have trade pots and be using leverage.

For the S.P. to have moved on such a limited amount of stock highlights a few points.

1.There isn't a lot of free float - i.e there are some big institutional holders of stock and also large Pi holders, as some of these have had a financial wobble or change of direction the S.P. has provided opportunities for investors to add at under the last two placing prices, once the company has progressed a little bit more these should flatten out more.

2. The smaller investors are waiting for updates on ...

001 - is it being retained in house for maximum value? - is this until first readout in 2027/28 or roll out into the market in 2028/29?

This and 002 bridging data are the questions I read most about from investors.

002 - Bridging data from Wuxi App Tec was due in Q1 2026, is this complete or a partial readout, if so time line to enter phase 2b?

014 - 2 x USA patents have been granted, does this mean 014 will be split into two product lines like 015?

015 a Drug and addiction ( MDD ) update on trials and funding pathway that has been granted.

015 b - Depression benchmarked against Prozac - update on non dilutive funding and any progress.

Funding is required in stages.

When you own an asset and it is in early preclinical stages, the cash burn is low - in Vitro ( in glass ) tests are cheap, traditionally SVNS has raised from corner stone investors to cover these costs.

When it progresses to In Vivo ( in life ) test the Phase 1, Phase 2a, "b and Phase 3 are expensive - that is when Solvonis seek Non Dilutive funding.

001 - fully funded via NHS, SVNS total costs capped at £800k.

002 - Look for non dilutive funding once Phase 2b entered with Bridging data from another in Vivo product ( Spravato ).

014 - not funded yet but lead clinical asset identified - look for non dilutive funding.

015 - Depression - look for non dilutive funding

015 - Drug addiction - Non Dilutive funding from U.S. Govt. already granted.

As can be seen from Solvonis cash protection business model its only once the product is ready to enter the appropriate level of testing that they apply for the funding.

Having one of, if not the, world's leading neuropsychopharmacologist's helps with that.

From the RNS's we can glean that certain Corner stone investors have supported this by taking the limited amounts of stock available to them via these placings, namely at 0.10, 0.13, 0.30 and 0.33p.

A.T. then informs us on a podcast / interview that he attended Mar A Lago in December for an investors meeting that was hosted by Michael Layman who is the principal at Pamlico Shoals - one of our corner stone investors, he says to us " at nearly every table there was a SVNS shareholder / UHNW investor present".

These UHNW guys all socialise and swap ideas, Trump opens up the whole sector with his Executive Order.

If some of these UHNW have put buy orders in at 0.30 to grab some more "cheap stock" then the MM's will be holding the price to fill them, and waiting for pi's and traders to get bored.

We all know that news is overdue, we can make pretty good guesses as to what pipeline news will be covered whenever it arrives, 002 data may be delayed, it may arrive in part 1 and or part 2 .... 002 is interesting but the real $ here is going to be in 014, 015a and 015b - Don't get shaken out of positions from lack of research!

MM's are requesting 17m pi shares.

Tricky - they've been offering to buy up to 15m this morning and running the prices up and down to again try and catch tight stops, opening the spread to deter retail buying - all the usual business they try.

Currently offering on 11m but the buy orders are constantly refreshed - means larger orders are being filled piecemeal imo.

If you run this and other data through AI and then refine the parameters and peer comparisons it gives pointers and cuts down on the laborious parts of research.

Then check what its thrown up as lots of mis programming in parts.

001 and 002 although valuable, are repurposed existed technology treatments, 002 as part of new USA E.O. on addiction treatments is worth money,but both AUD's have time limited patent protection in uk, Eu and USA.

Worth understanding 014, 015a and 015b are new Novel Molecules with patent protection up until 2043, peer comparisons on preclinical, phase1,2&3 with wide ranging patents ( the ones weve been granted by the USA ) are worth looking at to understand what we have.

After 2043 the AI engine can amend the novel molecule to again provide new patent protection.

These newer treatments are worth multiples ( assuming they work ) .

The E.O from Trump didn't just cut their development time it decimated them, as soon as early stage progress is made, big pharma can react.
