Fusion Antibodies plc (AIM: FAB), specialists in pre-clinical antibody discovery, engineering and supply for both therapeutic drug and diagnostic applications, announces that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the "U.S. Patent Office") has published a patent issue notification (the "Issue Notification") in respect of the Company's patent application no. 17/287,441 (the "Patent Application"). A patent issue notification is a document informing an applicant that their patent application has been approved and is scheduled to be granted. The Issue Notification indicates that the patent will be granted on 5 August 2025.

If you look at #SVNS recent RNS they have done the same for their FDA SVN002 and the whole of their C.N.S. Library.

The Notice of allowance is given and then a few months later the patent usually follows.

It is taken as as sign that patent is going to be granted.

They will pay to control the opportunity of it being validated, they will not wait for complete validation - it is too late by then.

Pharma's with strong data are snapped up in phase 2b - they have kept this in house as it is mainly funded by the NHS and they are under no financial constraints.

The early data that is already leaking out into the media has already attracted six Pharmas into licensing talks.

This goes 0.43p+ on us early investors holding then bang.

It's interesting that if Dennis Purcell can pick up on this from New York, then it won't have escaped any of the other Pharmas attention.

Once the wider market sees the data coming out of Exeter and realises this gets investable very quickly!

SVNS - imo this is Oberon Investments selling down - they are a boutique investment house, so invest under clients instruction and on their own clients books, the sell off may take it to 24/26 zone depends how many they have left, news will be transformational so i'm playing catch the falling knife at set stages.

This does well from here, we know its coming just sit and wait, let the s.p. bump up down till its tsunami time.

Looking at the volumes since their TR1 and price movements this looks more like a retest of placing price and then the tail end rush as the current holder dumps the last few at a lower price as the previous sells at a higher price have lowered the overall averages and therefore increased the overall yield.

I'll be surprised if it does retrace as far as 0.25p but immaterial really, once the news flow comes in the market rerates it in one day you'll need to be in. locked and loaded.

No need to RNS anymore as under 3%, probably them tipping the bucket upside down and dumping the rest.

This one was a buy 0.2943 3,160,746, so were others under 0.30.

1. Oberon Investments A TR1 has been selling down and was at 2% on the last TR1 on the 8th of July - they had this many left to sell.

2. Anthony Tennyson on the Roast podcast said " ahh and we are in talks with six pharmas about licensing SVN001 which will be done in Q4 2025.

3. RNS this morning that the FDA have been spoon feeding them how to get SVN002 into the accelerated Phase 3 programme.

The Company's regulatory strategy for SVN‑002 is informed by a successful pre-Investigational New Drug ("IND") meeting with the FDA which was held in December 2024 by Awakn Life Sciences prior to its acquisition by Solvonis.

As part of this plan, Solvonis has now appointed WuXi AppTec (Hong Kong: 2359.HK; Shanghai: 603259.SH), a leading global research and development and manufacturing services provider, to undertake a targeted pharmacokinetic ("PK") programme designed to generate the scientific bridging data requested by the FDA to establish a clear link to the reference product.

Now I can be a bit slow at times but I've not seen an RNS for the six pharma's yet so that's going to be market worthy news when it happens.

And as soon as SVN002 is in Phase 2 it becomes a very valuable pipeline as well.

If the Phase 2 SVN002 is valued at $300 - 400M then what is the Phase 3 for UK and EU worth?

264m lending warrants, GPL was going bust, N. NELSON and one other lent money at 10% per month, took interest payments as lending warrants.

That enabled him, Anthony and D. Nutt to get hold of GPL'S london listing on the cheap.

They sold failing Polymer business to leave as a pure play pharma..

D.purcell 45m warrants at 0.10 as a signing on fee.

The other 703m warrants are from when the bod in 2021 formed awakn, the market was in its covid cycle ( high) the s.p was at 0.45p and they gave themselves warrants at 0.70p and upwards.

Personally very unfussed about the warrants, I hope they flip them at the appropriate timings for svn001 and svn002 and that gives the testing money for svn014 and CNS Library, which is where this grows from mid pharma into beast mode.

0.10p = 10 shares to the penny.

0.13p 6 shares to the penny

0.30p = 3 and 1/3 shares to the penny.

0.75p = three quarters of a penny

1.0 = 1 penny.

All I'm focused on is how many can I carry till it goes up, don't care about intra day prices, stopped looking at volumes a couple of weeks ago once £2m placing vol churned.

Bought some other stocks to trade, this ones ringfenced.

The day before the licensing deal is announced you won't need able to buy and the price will go up.

The next day every ii and family trust youve never heard of will be scrambling to buy some.

This won't be the proof that it works and has been rolled out, it will be the news that one of the 6 pharmas has licensed it, in case it does work... that's 1p plus and we won't be top slicing to each other.
