1. It underlines the base share price at 0.12p and above.

2.It gives the BOD some spending cash and keeps them away from any need to place anything, they can draw their salaries and tell each other how great they are whilst handing over operational decision making on Hanco.ck and Elizabeth Hill to people that aren't completely useless.
