ThePunter1... correct in that $8000/ton is not wjhat XTR will get. Valuations I believe will be in the range of between 1% - 5% of the contained tonnage. So 2m tons would be say 2% of 2m x $8000 if $8000 is the correct figure. 2% of $16,000,000,000 ? so $320m ?

news... exactly. I believe both Boda and cadia attracted the same negative comments spurted no doubt by those unwilling to understand the nature of the lachlan fold resource. It seems bushranger (and footrot too no doubt) will attract the same doubting thomas scaremongering. Meanwhile those of us invested can look forward to the SP rerate that will come when the market is ready.

I'm guessing now but I think that we can now take a little more time to establish just how big bushranger and footrot is without announcing we have 2m tons contained Cu. Why sell out for 3% of 2m tons value when we could have something much bigger ?

A4444 I agree. Things looking very good now. Its not maybe how it should have gone but our Mozambique interests and Zambia interests will look like stocking fillers when the market switches on to what we have acquired in Oz.

JDAU... for fwiw I am really looking forward to see how the next few months pan out now. The placing was no surprise and in the past i would have been calling CB allsorts but this feels different. I honestly believe something special will happen here and being well funded just confirms that feeling. GLA

JDAU... now that the dust is settling I am more relaxed and pleased with the way everything is panning out. I havent always been CB's biggest fan but this is way beyond what we have debated done the years. I still hold and am looking forward to the next episode in XTR world. Very very pleased to still be here.

Humbo... true nothing is for free which is why you need to wait for someone to put 50p in your meter.

Whatever the SP ends up at today, it will look crazy cheap in a few months after we prove up 2m tons of contained copper. 25-50p then and that's not including footrot. The market has not twigged what we have here.
