It never ceases to amaze me that all the spin and guff prior to a placing disperses along with further erosion of shareholder value once that placement has been concluded. Each time it happens I try to convince myself that surely something will materialise from all the empty promises to lift the SP... it has become a never ending wait.

Bird has organised a loan facility so I dont believe another placing is on the horizon tbh. As long as we dont have to endure another Yorkville scenario I feel we should be ok. My concern is that if Bird issues shares to pay back any loans then shareholders could get diluted out. Fingers crossed that Bird will act in the interests of shareholders with any decisions he makes moving forward.

I'm quite frankly only interested if it plays into shareholders hands tbh.

Lets hope that whoever eventually does succeed Bird is that they have a view of shareholder value that aligns with the idea that the SP has to increase for investing in XTR to be a positive experience.

Looking from the beginning of May this year it looks like a well defined head and shoulders. Lets hope charting has no place in the XTR SP movements or we could be looking at the 0.75p - 1.00p range again.

Also, did we not accept the deal for GF and BE at a relatively low slice for ourselves as the income from that whilst lower was to be imminent ? My understanding was that it would bridge the hole in revenue in the short term until FB was up and running. I hope the next set of figures show that the GF and BE deal has been doing just that. If Bird does not show all these on paper deals to actually be providing shareholder value then he is not effective for shareholders.

Blueballsnall... indeed. Or another O'Kief with our Zambia copper dumps. I was under the impression that cheap copper extraction should have been underway ages ago from the zambia dumps ? Or is that yet another forgotten piece of the puzzle now not happening ?

Is the plant that has been fabricated in South Africa for FB ready for shipping ? I get that Covid has delayed things but is the border open or not ?

So.... is the FB bound equipment ready to ship or not ? Has the fabrication in South Africa been completed ? If the fabrication has been completed why is there a hold up ? Payment issues ? Once again I feel we are being subjected to economies of truth here.

CE... just so long as the SP keeps broadly aligned to MktCap then I will be satisfied. Very satisfied.

Does there not have to be confusion in the first place ?... for it to be compounded ? The blame lies squarely with Bird for shareholders having to speculate on the well being of their investment.

Buying time to word what he knows will be less than positive news... or buying time to conjure up some better news to cushion bad ?
