IMHO there are two possible reasons for the SP to rise so much since the announcement. The first possibility is that the BOD and Institutional Investors do not own the required 7% of voting rights to push the BOD's reccomendation of de-listing through..so they need PI shares before 25th June to be sure the vote will go in their favour.....or ther eis a buyer/backer or maybe an exsisting holder that wants a bigger chunk for a future killing..................SP today is almost back up to what it was before the announcement.....................Be interesting to see if it will rise further today and tomorrow.....agm on Monday!!

in a similar position.....I hold 100,000 shares in YCO.......I think somebody is mopping up the shares.....since the announcement I have had no problems dwelling the lot through TDS ...dummy sells, that is.....early morning price offered is generally well below ask...by 10.00, they offer full ask and more. I am not sure how much rise is left.....but plan on holding a little while longer...25th June is the AGM....3rd July planned delisting...

I do not post regularly....and I am not a holder of SEY.....Though did hold some about 8 months - 10 months ago and sold out at a relatively small loss. Having worked in the oil industry for 30 years I have never come across any thing like SEY!!! If you go back through the RNS's you get a good picture of the incompetencies of this Company. They have been drilling this single well for 15-16 months.......This has to be world record for a drilling rig on a single site!!!! It really would have been quicker with a hand trowel............I hope they do hit oil......but to be honest, historically, the Company have just gobbled up money..............and PIs lost a packet.....good luck though!!
