Webba. The UT was 369.3. As I keep saying time after time......................all the transactions you see after 16.30 are late reported trades................................they are trades that have not been shown during the day.....................so we have no idea whatsoever whether they were buys or sells......it all depends on what time the transaction actually took place........so what looks like a sell could be a buy depending on the spread at the time the trade took,place. THERE IS NO TRADING AFTER THE UT!!!

I took your advice Keepcalmcarryon and sold this morning on the spike. Glad to be out tbh. Still taken £20K profit for the SIPP and £10K for the ISA, but i'm worn down by this share now and have missed so many opportunities being loyal here waiting for rewards. They never came and I don't see the coming. No Auditor update is very fishy.... My other concern is even when they do say they have 'cleaned up', one visit from the times will prove otherwise and down it will go!!

You said its going 'one way' and got 5 recommends, but you seem less confident today? Perhaps its easier to to type things like that on a green day??

They are all late reported trades...............so......................nobody knows whether they were buys or sells................Since the price dropped a few pence you can assume that overall there were more sells than buys during the day!!

I assume that many, if not, all are sells.................They are simply late reported transactions and looking at the times and prices it indicates to me that is why there was a sell off

Afrim, As many people have said before........there are no trades (other than the UT .....uncrossed trade) after 16.30. Anything you see after that is a late reported trade......................the late reported trades are even some form a previous day....so you never know if they are buys or sells................as the price is lower at the end of Friday in all likelihood they are sells that took place when the price was so much higher (SP was at 3.18p early morning so the 2M at 3.14 could easily have been a delayed trade from earlier!!

TCM..............Your agenda is obvious............................You repeat, day after day, the same issues. We ALL know what the problems are...............they are very well documented..............but WHY keep bringing them up???

Regarding auditor...............I cannot see it as being a problem.................they don't need to appoint an auditor anyway for quite a while yet...............The auditor will be needed to approve the final figs in the EOY report....... mid 2021 ... the current auditor is actually in place until their contract expires......MK when questioned in the meeting looked irritated......He said they were still in place and tendering process in hand to appoint a new auditor.......reading between the lines I would say there has been a great deal of friction between the Auditor and MK.......at least 25 IIs believe in BOO.................and they are their for the long haul....Including Scottish Amicable that supposedly pulled out but still hold 1.80%+
