It is an observation........aft4er SCBs link was posted re: a Telegraph article that has now been removed!!

The Telegraph have hounded Kamani's and BOO now for 5 years!! They are relentless in their criticisms of Boohoo management and practices, never reporting on any positives including philanthropic donations or what they have done to contribute in the way of employment/investments locally or taxes both Company or management have paid to enhance the UK economy!!

Well aware of that, thank-you. Considering that these two RNSs follow an initial tranche disposal, I'd be inclined to call that a continuation. And as for the main point which seems to have been dodged, they would appear to have been sold at a loss versus Frasers' estimated average holding price of 30-35p. Cheers.

The TR1s from December 12th were the only disposal notifications (From 29.05%) from Frasers, as far as I can see. I accept that they sold at a loss...Only they know the reason for the sale!!!

Hard to say......!! It is difficult to get exact numbers for buys and sells.....But is does appear that there were far more big purchases than sales. MMs stimulate the market to encourage both selling and buying.......that is how they make their money!! I am not insinuating that they manipulate the market...but they drop and raise buying and selling SP to suit themselves

Mike Ashley has lost nothing.. He personally did not buy the shares .....It was Frasers. (Granted he is major shareholder there)

SCB.........If you still hold a significant holding..........which I actually doubt very much since you are constantly regurgitating the same issues...(I am sure you are now shorting the stock) ..but if you do still hold Debs stock, and you really believe that it will drop to 13p......why on earth don't you sell up......and re-buy at your target of 13p???

You are either a) So bitter at your paper loss and the fact that the vote went against what you hoped for or b) Which I still suspect, due to the non stop negative comments, is that you have sold up and now 'shorting'. If you are (a) then why on earth haven't you sold up if you really believe in what you say.......it goes beyond belief that you would still hold if you really believe in the Company going bust.. For your own mental health I think you should just stop posting hour after hour day after day and move on!!! Only reasonable explanation is that you are really 'shorting' Debs now!!!

Reardon I Completely agree with you. I am as guilty of only giving negative reviews!!! Only very occasionally would I give a positive view as, for the most part, the retailer is fulfilling a a contractual obligation. With on-line clothes there will be tens of thousands of items despatched daily, mostly low value, and if say there are 3 negative views a day it means 99.99% of customers are happy. I use Amazon an awful lot and find them to be beyond first class. They deliver so quickly, take returns without question, refund within days, for the most part deliver free, but if you look at their rating it is abysmal...even worse than PLT or DEBS!! I have, in the past, ran an ebay business and, as you know, negative and positive feedback is pretty well followed by sellers and buyers, which gives a much truer evaluation of a business

SCB... ASOS has fallen 50% in 5 weeks.....Boo is down just over 10% in 5 weeks.

I am certain the SCB is now 'shorting' the stock. He says he still is heavily invested......but surely nobody in the right mind would go on and on about the company going bust and not sell up!! He is very bitter about the recent vote to keep BOD as is ...................but not really sure myself that having Mike aboard would make a lot of difference, I totally agree that there has been huge number of bad judgements by the current board. Having said that ASOS is even worse
