Just re-read..............................meant to say virtually no buys today!!

Virtually no sells today.....................and the MMs are now offering 56.82................why? You can understand it when buys are greater than sells.....but today they are certainly not!!
Like you.....and many......I am.extremely frustrated with the SP......but it will get there in the end.....just a bit of patience required!!

D....Think you may be a bit premature...just cannot see the price falling ....(maybe famous last words!!)....Now offering me 56.8 to offload large number.....so....MMs are fishing for shares ....having said that this has been a trend for a while when not much stock is moving!!

Now offering 56.75 for large volume of stock......even though todays trades are virtually all sells.....must rise if this is the case.....suspect ii buyer in the background trying to get them cheap!!

As suspected and intimated in earlier posts.....all the large buys/sells have merely been transfer of shares between iis.................If you take out all of those there has been no major buying or selling to move the SP......MMs still offering 56.7 to buy huge chunks this morning.......even though there has been very little stock traded today. I suspect that this is a pretty good sign of movement higher shortly!! (Not today though!!)

Must be a RNS shortly on II holdings. I am sure that over the last week there has been a number of big trades that are being transferred from one II to another. Today 223,000 shares showing as sell at 56.15 and 56.25.....must have been transfer between iis

'Catching a falling knife' springs to mind..................from reading your posts you do seem to buy 'low'..then sell 'lower'....guess sometimes you are right...but not the best way to 'invest'.......

Strange that the ask drops to 58......and then two 100,000 purchases within 30mins.....or maybe a 100,000 transfer? (Similar to yesterday?)

2x 1,000,000 trades gone trough at 58p.......at 14.56........guess there is a transfer of stock somewhere along the line...

Maybe not.......sell of 93,000 gone through at 52p!! Guess one of the IIs have been offloading before South Ramadan result......which.....probably duster......should have little impact since SDX are just abiding by their original agreement with JV....and think they just one to get out of!!

My understanding is that if an II reaches 30% of voting rights they automatically have to make a cash offer for the remaining shares....see below: I therefore doubt that woodford want much more HVO stock!

Why do you suspect they are intending selling their remaining stock?. If you go to the IP Group website and download their last annual report you will possibly better understand the reason they have offloaded some of their stock. Even though they own nearly 17% of HVO it is not one of their main holdings and has little impact on the overall performance of their investments.....however, they do highlight in their report that during 2017 HVO was their worst performing holding and had written off 15 Million from their balance sheet (I have no idea what they paid for the stock initially...but I guess it was when in the £1 to £2 range.....so to sell a little at the current price is sort of understandable.................if they do continue to sell off stock then obviously it will have a negative impact......though as previously noted who knows how much stock will be taken up by Woodford? IP Group obviously are frustrated with the way the stock went from them initially investing to now...and have done what many PIs would also do if in the same situation

'Fraid they are all sells..................I was doing dummy sells earlier and offered 65.18 for large amounts.....I suspect after that they dropped the price to 65.11......and then sub 65....

Just bought 37,755 shares on T20 at 65p..........................yet for a while now dummy sells at 65.18................so selling at a price cheaper than buy price!!...................

The sells could be T20s.....but I think it could possibly be one of the institutions offloading some. Think we have a long way to go yet though before I will start to get worried.....I presently can sell one of my T20s of 100,000 for 72.21.....so I suspect that a rise into the day is more than possible......in fact, I would say 'probable'!! As frequently happens the MMs are fishing out weak holders......and price will rise towards 4.00pm.....think it will close above 73p!!

SP being hit by some very big (delayed) sells......250,000 at 9.34 and 100,000 couple of hours later......Interesting to find out who the big seller is.....

Being offered 71.9 to offload 160,000+ shares......and 72.346 for smaller amounts......looking good for late trading today!! Think we will end the day at 73p+
