Surrey - My first buys were around 6p, the price then went down to under a penny (I thought I had lost £60k). I bought a lot at 0.8p (over a million) on the basis that if Candy was prepared to buy the bank loan then I would follow the money. My average now is somewhere between 2p - 3p. I also sold 100% of my MTL and bought CNR when the deal was announced. That secured me CVR's. I invested 100% of the proceeds of the deal back into MTL after the deal closed. Ended up with 8% more shares in MTL than I started with plus the CVR's.

Volumes are anemic, as of 14:45 today just over a million shares have traded.

Punter, I agree entirely, for me La Grecia was the most interesting reveal and like you I'm very interested to see drilling results. Additionally, DB mentioned that they are looking to acquire 2 more drill rigs, bringing the total in Nicaragua to 4 rigs. That's a serious commitment and speaks volumes about the potential in both La India and the new tenements.

The Runruno project was built in phases through a self-perform model, meaning the operator took direct control of the construction and mining operations rather than handing the reins to a third-party contractor.

Mining Operations: The owner’s team directly supervised mine pre-stripping, utilizing both their own mining fleet and specialized sub-contractors.

Plant Construction & Processing: The processing plant was entirely constructed on-site to handle refractory gold. The site uses a combination of conventional methods, BIOX oxidation, and carbon-in-leach (CIL) circuits.

Tailings Storage: The Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) was self-performed by the project team using the on-site mine fleet.

The original management team could not get the Biox to perform, recovery was around 50%. This is when Darren was brought in and within a year he had the Biox performing and the plant optimised so recoveries increased to the low 80%'s - These are the facts LTH I was here throughout and you talking down the management is not going to wash.

Some of the projects in which Darren has been involved include the Minera San Cristobal a silver, lead, zinc project in Bolivia (green field), the Prodeco coal project (brown field) as the VPO and for Mubadala as the CEO on a large underground gold project (green field), Minesa SA, in Bucaramanga. Darren is a Civil Engineer from University of New South Wales, Australia and is focused on driving strategic development and the successful optimization of companies.

Often "Engineering Led" companies exhibit weak marketing as Engineers don't think like Marketers. This is actually one of our weaknesses. Example: slide 2 of the presentation has an excellent overview image of the whole processing/buildings area of the project. Unfortunately, the detail is obscured by disclaimer text. It would be good to see more images like this unobscured!

Revenue: US$208.4m (up 9.0% from FY 2024).

Net income: US$28.9m (up 13% from FY 2024).

Profit margin: 14% (in line with FY 2024).

Revenue exceeded analyst estimates by 1.5%. Earnings per share (EPS) also surpassed analyst estimates by 8.7%.

I did not actually buy 5.9 million MTL, but that was the outcome with the shares issued on the deal plus re-investing the cash element in MTL.

I should also say they when the CNR deal was announced I sold 5.5 million MTL and put all of the proceeds into CNR. That secured me the CVR's. When the deal was completed and paid, I bought back MTL and was able to buy 5.9 million with the proceeds. So that transaction netted me 8% more MTL shares plus the CVR's. Since then I have bought a few more and now hold 6.5 million.

Seingred - I for one believe both IOU's will be paid out in full. In particular, I believe the additional Gold is in the ground just waiting to be proved up. MTL is drilling according to the metres agreed in the purchase agreement, it will just take time. Right now the focus is on getting the new mine open and the plant processing the ore.
