@Roger , I don’t think they GDR will go private anytime soon , it will be criminal if they goes. You are here longer than me , Do yourself a favour , buy and come back in a year time :-) .

@stock , Yes it was R&D company , but things are changing for them finally , we will see decent turnover for next few years . I am looking forward for the forward looking statement from the company . One thing I am not happy about is the communication, Gino and his team are not very good at it .

Future looks good for Genedrive CYP2C19 ID kit , arguably there are only 2 or 3 commercially available worldwide ( I am talking about bedside test) .

“ The study — which began in June 2023 and is being led by the University of Manchester — is the first in the UK to introduce genetic testing before prescribing in primary care.

The programme will test the feasibility of rolling out pharmacogenomic testing for patients taking statins, antidepressants and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

@Johny , as far as I know specialist commission and data collection started as soon as NICE full recommendation last year which is coming to an end soon .

I think MT RNR1 test will be rolled out across NHS soon , several trusts will be implementing as early as March 2025 .

This will be the first step towards a nationwide service, informed by front-line needs and requirements.
