Investors should be aware Ghanaian parliamentary political disconnect happening to date has far reaching implications for the Ghanaian people!

Atlantic Lithium ratification of mining lease will occur once parliamentary shenanigans subside. Seriously just a case of timing to ratification. Protocols, formalities have been overided by political agendas close to elections. Atlantic Lithium NEEDS to make cutbacks to management e.g. Keith Muller CEO etc. Shareholders DO NOT deserve another CR!

Truly believe this is just a storm in a tea cup but ...

Atlantic Lithium has massive lithium deposits, prospects for Ewoya are low in the cost curve.

Lithium prices has the potential to extreme UPSIDE.

As per my last post

The only changes incumbent government now a minority by 1 seat. NPP have asked Supreme Court for a ruling on the House Speaker interpretation of the law. The NPP will boycott until Courts decision.

What at stake is new legislation bills being passed e.g. (a mining lease), with a majority government required.

But ratification still only requires 1/3 of MPs sitting from either side of the house for ratification of existing legislation e.g. mining lease. So bear in mind the opposition / new majority government has decided to work for the people interesting times ahead, ratification could come any day in near term 🤔

Good job the election in early December 👏 By Christmas all these shenanigans will have passed!!

After reading the latest news updates regarding the Ghanaian parliamentarians on all sides of the house we do not see any reasons to be concerned just Ghana politics playing out before December elections.

Note one member of Parliament from the opposition moved across to the incumbent government. 1 Independent MP also moved across to the incumbent government. 2 MP of the incumbent government moved across to Independent hence opposition has now a 1 seat majority and the house has 4 empty seats in parliament. Remember a qurom in the house is enough to pass ratification it doesn't require majority incumbent government. Honestly yes it's frustrating but at the end of the day there's been no new news in regards to Atlantic Lithium ratification, the parlimentary procedures are in place as Neil Herbert stated just timing to formalise ratification of the

mining lease. As stated by Neil positive feedback has been received since committee stage, no mining lease has ever been denied ratification. Atlantic has all major permits, EPA, licences just requires the RAT.

Shareholders frustrations are warranted to date!

Internal parliamentary political politics the ratification for the mining lease has not been discussed, frustrating, of course the company can lodge an appeal to the Supreme Court. Bloody nightmare.

When the Ghanaian 🇬🇭 parliament has ratified Alantic Lithium mining lease the news will automatically be in the public domain e.g. shareholders will know by witnessing a immediate correction in Atlantic SP 😉

Ganfeng was a major catalyst to Core Lithium (major shareholder 33cents) in the second lithium bull market. Atlantic Lithium time frame to production 26/27 will coincide with a tighting future supply deficit.

Neil Herbert hanging out for 50 pence IMO, new offer from Assore, once ratified risk off, let the bids commence. China 🇨🇳 big in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 Ganfeng may be interested as Neil stated Ewoya has potential for a 30 to 40 year mine life. Also added Ghana 🇬🇭 parliament ratification October towards months end or November either way Atlantic lease will eventually be ratified once the Ghanaian political games stop!

EOY Atlantic Lithium MC valued at 500 Million. Extremely plausible if all company catalyst targets ticked off as stated in their pathway to production.

Most companies SP take off several weeks after FID.

Ganfeng recently spun out equity in Pilbara Minerals. Atlantic Lithium Chinese offtake partner could be Ganfeng. No news on offtake due to ratification. Speculation could say there a synergies. Maybe after ratification share holders could see a substantial takeover offer well above 33 pence from Assore ..

Recent trend upwards in lithium chem, spod prices, just need ratification to bring back positive sentiment to Atlantic Lithium, that would bring clarification on Ewoya mine development timelines inturn a much needed correction in company share price. GLALTHS

FID means the company has all its ducks in place so the Board can give just that final investment decision.

A massive rerate will happen if spodumene rises above 1000UST plus plus plus 1,500UST credible.

Either way with a good tail wind behind the company, geopolitical events turn in favour of lithium demand, e.g. Democrats retain the White House, China 🇨🇳 ESS global demand combined with global EV penetration.

Atlantic Lithium massively undervalued to date due to a negative feedback loop that's driven sentiment down for nearly 2 years, seems like the lithium space has just started to reverse back into positive pricing.

AIM soon will reflect shareholders positive sentiment!
