Hi Teddy, interesting to note, there was a quorum in parliament yesterday but wasn't counted by Bagbin House Speaker due to both parties sitting in the right side, (same side, majority side of parliament).

House Speaker Bagbin is NDC hard-liner the NDC moderates warned the NPP this could happen. Hope today the NPP majority leader can recall parliament!

Surely Directors will have to take cutbacks in salaries. Neil Herbert declined Assore at 33p twice. The Chairman NH must be seriously self reflecting 😔

@5toamillion the fundamentals haven't changed with Atlantic Lithium government ratification will happen in time. Lithium prices are at all time lows again, maybe a silver lining delay to FID. Next few days Q3 results will get more of a understanding of funding, updates to the market etc, glass half full, paper losses until one sells their holding. Expect SP rebound soon!

Agree taken the company nearly 1 year to compile documents to parliament for mining lease ratification.

Any posters know why the mining lease wasn't presented to parliament 6 months ago???

All the BS in parliament is temporary, the mining ratification will happen, Atlantic Lithium will become a producer, shareholders will get SP value, lithium will enter a new bull market, patience and timing guy's 😉

Sheesh, Under 7 weeks to the election. Atlantic Lithium share will be volatile until ratification. Q3 2024 quarterly will be interesting to see how the company intending funding via MIIF / Piedmont. Question is whether more funding by a surprise offtake partnering agreement before ratification can be secured, due to the delays, with outstanding ratification, that will happen, even with political disconnects in parliament.

The Ghanaian Supreme Court overrides the House Speaker interpretation of the law. Opertmism that the NPP will now take up seats in parliament this session to conduct business in the last house session. If electiona were called tomorrow the NPP would win a landslide victory as the opposition past president is riddled with corruption charges, bad for Ghana 🇬🇭
