Another "Smash & Grab" raid by controlling interests. Quite why the LSE allows this type of behaviour, which is becoming increasingly common, i do not know. It is a disgrace & all involved should hang their heads in shame.

Well - this is a Curates Egg of an announcement to be sure. The Crime: not to meet revenue forecasts. The Punishment: A further hit to the share price [hopefully not too great]. Redemption: EBITA expected to meet expectations & dollops of jam tomorrow - assuming that the jam factory doesn't go on strike. Meanwhile we have to exist on bread & margerine. If they do not perform then i suspect someone will come for them - after all they are in an exciting space & the technolnogy is reputed to be A1.

You can only deramp something that is being ramped in the first place.

This is On-Line we are talking about. This is a bubble - reminiscent of dot-com fever. As like as not this will end up where it began but anybody who is in it just enjoy the ride but don't forget to jump off before the whole thing becomes too exciting. A profit is a profit and once taken off the table cannot be taken back from you. My opinion only of course and i could be wrong - that is the beauty of stockmarkets.

The proposed separate listing of Haggan & planned sell-down of 20 - 30% of Aura's interest will set a benchmark of valuation and it will be surprising if this does not translate into a value or Aura materially in excess of current market cap. Longer term the potential could be very significant. Strangely muted response this morning.

Simple fact is that there is still a very large stock overhang from the Nostra Terra share sale of 152 m in October. Until this is cleared there will be no upward traction.

What i love about Ian McLure is that he is so easily pleased. Fast forward to the future: pleased to announce our new fundraising at 0.0001 post-brexit pence ! If this business was about fundraisings it would be showing fine year-on-year growth. I can imagine young Ian as he opens his Xmas present of a battered cardboard box containing rotten fruit. Mama, Dada - i am so pleased - a rotten apple AND a rotten orange this year! How can i ever repay you? I know, i will let you buy some shares in my new venture - just see what a kind son you have.

It was clearly determined sellers that drove the price down and today's muted reaction to an undeniably positive trading announcement demonstrates that the oversuppy has still to be worked through. I suspect that the patient holder will be well rewarded over time.

Looks to me likely that the full year results announcement may be accompanied by a spin-off of the rapidly growing digital division.

There are clearly still stale holders given the many disappointments in the past. The stock overhang has to be worked through but so long as the new management is laying the foundations for future growth then, hopefully, the patient holder will be well rewarded over time.

Another placing at a steep %age discount without even the fig-leaf of an open offer. In this little game private shareholders are nothing more than cannon fodder. And what does it achieve ? The discount is negotiated by institutions and the share price falls. A placing at the prevailing price or at a small premium, demonstrating, as it does, confidence in the company's prospects will, more often than not, see the share price rise.

So the exchange rate has moved against the Solstice vendors. OK - let's just give em more dosh to compensate. Like, if the exchange rate had moved in their favour, they would have given them less dosh? Why do i think that companies are run for the insiders all of the time but rarely for the PBPS [poor bloody private shareholder] ! And, as for insider options - the negotiation of which seems to take up far more of management time than actually running the company, why cannot the PBPS also have an incentive for sticking with their holding rather than selling in disgust which strips support from under the share price. They are called warrants - companies used to issue them at a past time when management cared about their shareholders.

Good announcement today. Significant chance that they have found themselves a diamond mine.

Holding this stock is putting your faith in the CEO. He is determined to create a significant company in the beauty & personal care sector. He seems to have a plan which he is delivering on. He appears to dislike dilution. The market cap is only some �40m. Could be a significant winner for the patient holder.

Seems that the IQ of Intelligent Energy was vastly overstated. As my late grandmother would have said "too clever by half"

The point is that any institution wishing a decent stake in Amryt following the Amicus trial failure could not have assembled it via market purchases without driving the price against themselves. So, with the prospects for the company even brighter why the discount? The placing should have been at a small premium - say 27p - recognising the privileged position of the placees.
