Is the nature of Avast advertising a measure of the company? Intrusive cookies that obscure what you are doing & dire warnings of the expiry of cover that you didn't know you had in the first place are not, in my opinion, the actions of a reputable company. I am avoiding it like the plague.

One of these days Amryt will just take-off & everyone will fall off their chairs in amazement. Then when they have recovered their composure and sit down and analyse the company they will wonder why they never had the foresight to buy, hold & wait !

This demonstrates a level of commitment that i personally admire. As i have said before, risks remain but the potential payoff is significant.

I think that this aircraft is now being readied for take-off

As a holder very nice to see this major deal welcomed by the market. My joy however is tempered by the funding via placing with ordinary holders frozen out.

Well, cperkin, if there is no imminent fundraise then that is certainly good news. It banishes any lingering suspicion that the sellers may be insiders hoping to buy back cheaper in a placing.

There are clearly determined sellers around who sell into any kind of strength and both unsettle prospective buyers and unnerve current holders. So it is very much a question of "do your own research" and, if like me, you believe the share to be fundamentally undervalued just keep the faith and hold. One possible negative: be aware that a fundraising may be in the pipeline. One possible positive: Solo would be one of the biggest beneficiaries, on a value per share basis, of any positive news out of Horse Hill. Accordingly the next months will be important. Overall there is a lot of potential in Solo and not all of it has to be tapped to have a significant effect on the price. Firstly however we need to sellers to be cleared.

My big issue/query with Cradle Arc is just who are the consortium of investors re the $10m dollar loan? This is supposed to be an exceptional mining opportunity yet they "extract" an interest coupon of 18% & get warrants over 25% of the equity as diluted upon exercise. They then appear to have leverage to demand alteration to the exercise timetable at will. Talk about showering them with confetti. So my question is Why? What haven't we been told?

Every share decision is based on a calculation of risk and reward. For me i believe that there is currently more potential for reward than risk of loss. This company has run a marathon and is finally in sight of the finish line. Of course there is a danger that it may falter before reaching it but that possibility is diminishing. It is true that it is always darkest just before the dawn & some of the negative posts yesterday contained figures that were clearly factually incorrect.

Of course i meant a cap of £15m !!

With a`current Market Cap of some £15 & a free float of not much more than 50% this stock has become the preserve of traders & manipulators. Nonetheless i take far more positives than negatives from today's statement. An incredible amount has been achieved in a relatively short space of time. The company now has multiple product lines marketed internationally - UK / Europe / India / North America / Australasia / Africa / Japan. Growing pains are almost inevitable - similarly supply chain issues & clearly management has been stretched. Haris Chaudrey has clearly recognised that with his search for an experienced CEO and much will depend on the individual selected. The aim now is to drive sales whilst ensuring that the supply chain is robust & quality control is at all times maintained. If they achieve this the management will be earning their corn. Expectations for 2019 appear to have been set very cautiously and are there to be beaten. FY2019 forecast results put the shares at little more than on a PE rating of 10 and could well be left in the shade. There is still room for disappointments bot the potentail is very significant - even so it will require adept management. Seems to be to be a long term lockaway, even if you have the lifeboat ready in case it becomes necessary to abandon ship.

unluckytraders is correct - they could just relist on Aim but this would incur some costs. Alternatively they could simply arrange a Matched Bargains facility. Assuming the holding in Sentiance is still 14% and has not been diluted by further issuance or increased by further subscription as indicated in the announcement of 29 Jan and given that this is their sole investment then any potential buyer or seller could put their own value on Sentiance and calculate a price per MCC share by simple extrapolation and post orders accordingly. East-peasy. The announcement seems to imply a disposal of the Sentiance holding - paying out those investors who wish to exit & somehow retaining an interest in Sentiance for those investors who wish to remain. Don't understand the logic. Why the early disposal. A matched bargain facility would be simple & transparent and enable each and every investor to follow their own judgement.

At times like this it is worth just looking at where we were before take-off. Last August we appointed a high calibre CEO - the market took no notice. The CEO assembles an experienced & talented team - the market took no notice. A credible business plan was shaped and quality deals signed - the market took no notice. The results announcement in March clearly signposted the way forward - the market took no notice. A highly significant tie-up with Unruly was announced a week ago - the market took no notice. So, as of yesterday morning the market cap recognised the cash on hand & ZERO for everything else. So we went into this announcement with a share price of probably one-third of what it deserved to be. So when an announcement is made that demonstrates explosive growth & the market wakes up to the transformation the re-rating is equally explosive. With a closing market cap yesterday of some �21m the company cannot be said to be wildly overvalued. Make no mistake this has made people sit up & take notice and the company now has credibility. As to monetisation of this data it is being said that there is no potential but i note that all of these channels are "owned & operated" indicating property rights. In any case advertising follows the traffic & advertisers and agencies will not be blind to this. To any holder & potential new investor i suggest read carefully the recent results announcement & the progress and strategy outlined therein and make your own judgement. As for me i consider that we could be in the early stages of a very worthwhile investment. To give some historical perspective [and demonstrating my years!], many moons ago i had a holding of a little company called Wire & Plastic Products - a young & talented chap called Martin Sorrel appeared and shortly thereafter i banked a profit of some 200% and felt very clever. As time was to tell i was actually a muppet !

Be a trader & try and ride the ups and downs [and risk getting it wrong] OR hold your nerve. I am the latter, rightlt or wrongly.

The large trades were all conducted over some 40 minutes. As to the two 8,380,000 do these cancel each other out or are they a sale & purchase of the same block? Announcements of holdings may reveal. All in all, if the stock overhang is now cleared, this can only be a major positive for the share price - it can now be properly judged on fundamentals.

In a series of transactions on 16 April Sailing Stone reduced their holding from 10% to 5% - ie dumping some 37 million shares in the market. I suspect that these still have to be fully worked through & that this accounts for the current price weakness. With significant low cost production & Fortuna still to be unlocked [potential "annuity style" returns of �150m per year] coupled with a market cap of only some �400m indicate a major opportunity for re-rating. Trouble is long standing holders are bored & frustrated but patience should be rewarded.

The sell-off almost certainly weak holders seeing the price jump as an opportunity to exit. Once they are out of the way long-term holders can focus on the fundamentals which are [a] a growing range of consumer & healthcare offerings [b] slick marketing [c] a CEO who is committed & averse to unnecessary share dilution & [d] a small free float

Anyone who has been invested in this company for a long period will know it as the perennial ugly duckling. Can it turn into a swan? I very much hope so but will reserve judgement for the present.
