Hopefully current year will see a quantum leap in sales & building of profits even after investment in the brands [ie in the future]. At some point over the next few years this will start to interest the big boys.

Placees hammer down the placing price & think how very clever they are. But in the process they destroy confidence in the company and create a highly disillusioned group of existing holders. Now, if the placing had been at 0.70 the price would probably have jumped to 1.00 - celebrating the confidence in the company shown by the new money. So are the placees clever or just plain dumb !!

Placing oversubscribed at 0.30p. Surprise, surprise !! Lucky placees - badly let down PI's. A good business going forward but who, among existing holders, will have the stomach for it ?

You cannot portray the Tencent deal as anything other than good news. The Princess reviewed the line-up of likely lads & chose BB. This isn't the end of the game, simply an important step on the road, but it can be considered a gamechanger. The SP will obviously react to volumes of buy & sell but, behind this, their is genuine reason to believe that a serious company is being put together.

If people couldn't find BB on the map before then they sure will now. This is a gamechanger in terms of perception although the financial rewards will take time to flow through. All testament to the careful & thoroughly professional management team now in place. Bold investors will be prepared to ignore the inevitable peaks & troughs and hold for potentially large longer term gains.

A positive update today. Toople is steadily establishing it's position in it's marketplace. Still some way to go but could well be that this is an interesting entrypoint.

Anyone who has followed this company from the start will have a sense of deja vu. Much has been achieved in clearing out the augean stables but revenue remains piffling. Market acceptance & execution are everything. Time will tell.

I suppose it very much depends on what they would be raising funds for. If because they are running out of money then this assessment may be correct - but is there any evidence that this is the case? Anyhow maybe perceptions of Amryt are starting to change. We know that they are looking for more in-licensing deals and any such could provide solid upwards momentum. Many long term holders of this stock are looking at it through jaded eyes. New money will have a different viewpoint.

My 'Hare & Tortoise' analogy was to companies and not individuals. I like companies that patiently and assiduously build worthwhile businesses. As to information on Amryt i think there is plenty available. Of course there are 'known unknowns' and of course the risk and reward of these have to be factored in but with junior pharma that is the nature of the beast.
