Kentboy, ITM has been a frustrating investment for as long as most of us can remember. Bilbo has highlighted the complex structure which makes a full takeover of the company problematic. However, the chances are that light will eventually appear at the end of the tunnel. A report on today's Times features a recent study which concludes that a huge increase in hydrogen production will be necessary over the next decade to absorb the excess power produced by the rapidly growing renewable sector. ITM will undoubtedly share some of this and the company has already stated that growth will be constrained only by manufacturing capacity, hence the new factories. We are still in the heavy investment phase unfortunately, which explains the underwhelming results and high cash burn. If we knew when that would change then we would all be millionaires.
