This part of the RNS really does bode my prediction well: The final quarter of 2013 was particularly strong and revenues during the second half of 2013 were almost double the revenues achieved in the same period in 2012. "This positive momentum has carried forward into 2014. In addition, net profit margins (excluding IPO costs) were substantially higher in the second half of 2013, as against the first half, as the increase in sales led to significant economies of scale." It's actually quite rare that I get excited about shares tbh but I'm excited right now about SYQ.

It sounds like the IPO was more expensive than they hoped for but it is clear that they are growing fast. All in all it was a great update. It didn't tell me anything I didn't know tbh but reaffirmed my bullishness here. I maintain my feeling that the 2014 results is what we ought to be really excited about, and I maintain my end of year price target of 144p at the very least.

The expected EPS for 2014 is 8.6p and I think that's very realistic now that the Indonesian issue has been sorted :)

Good day Sir, AMED has had a v interesting day. Although I reckon I could have been caught on a spike had a bought in this morning because it opened 290 % up so anyone buying then would be in a huge loss right now. How much have you made on AMED? Are you going to sell or hold out for more? If I were you I'd hold out off more. I reckon there was inevitably lots of selling after an incredible rise this morning, before rising further in the coming days and weeks because that RNS was incredible! USD 1,700,000,000 is a HUGE figure and the market cap is tiny in comparison! (although of course we don't know the split or what those conditions precedent are) Good shout from the looks of it. Well done!

it has dipped below 60p a couple of times today but always bings back up. which is impressive considering how volatile this share has been - dropping on tiny tiny sells.

I appreciate you saying that but find it amusing that you use my posts on the MOS board as an example of that because I'm nursing my biggest loss ever there (since I started investing in October 2013). I am also very surprised to see it less than 30p. I did a crazy amount of research into the company before buying in and chose MOS over dozens of others I looked into over November / December. As you may have guessed by how research I did I have a large position there, mostly built up at the 67p level too! CTFA's agreement is short term and it also does seem the BOD aren't particularly strong so my interest is cooling on the company tbh. I will do further research though because COMS CEO was bankrupt a few years ago and just look at how he has turned that company around. i.e. negatives in someone's past doesn't mean they can't achieve great things in the future. I'm not at all familiar with BES yet but I'll do some research into it tomorrow (busy tonight) and get back to you on that :) SYQ's FY 2013 is due in the next couple of months if my memory serves me right. I don't know for certain because I'm not that excited about it - it's 2014 HY and FY results that I'm really looking forward to (because of Indonesian issue effecting 2013's growth so much) Kind regards, Dan

Good evening Rob, I don't know anything about graphene. This iPad doesn't even recognise it as a word and kept trying to autocorrect for me it's so new and niche. The first I heard of it was when applied graphene (AGM) floated late last year and I watched in disbelief at how it just rose and rose far above it's placing price. But no I don't know anything about graphene I'm afraid. Do you? There's nothing worse than spotting a share you like only to watch it rise before you buy in so I'm glad you profited out of AMED's great rise, my friend. As I said previously I only had a glance at it really since I haven't had the chance to research it properly yet. I might have tonight but had trouble getting out of London tonight so it took an hour longer than usual to get home!! Regardless I wish you all the best on AMED and will let you know if I buy in :) As for SyQic, I completely understand why you'll hold onto your cash for now. The market is in such a downward trend and, whilst SYQ has held up nicely all in all, I can see it dipping below 60p tbh. Not by much but even so I'd wait a little if I were you. Mr Stephen Voller, does that name ring a bell? Perhaps you remember his disastrous Dragon’s Den pitch of a couple of years ago for a previous enterprise of his which you can see HERE In this car-crash of a performance Mr Voller states how he successfully floated a company on AIM making money for investors. Well sort of... Voller Energy raised £10 million when it listed on AIM on February 1st 2005. On 5 August 2008 Mr Voller stepped down as CEO and left the company with immediate effect. didn't REDT pay out a small dividend yesterday? If that's the case then it could explain the fall - people are selling now they've received the dividend they were presumably waiting for?

Good day to you too Sir, I actually reckon SYQ dipping below 60p is possible. I just can't see it going more than a few pence south of 60p that's all. Yeah January didn't end well and a new month hasn't meant a new start unfortunately. Yeah I had a brief look at both of those and, whilst I wasn't so sure about AMED, CTFA looks rather good although, the one potential negative I noticed, is that the exclusive agreement they have with that other company expires in April so there is an element of uncertainty there. Sounds like you know Italians better than I do tbh because my dad is the only Italian I really know and he’s probably the most English Italian you could ever meet! Ah sorry about that. I was supposed to say that I’m a 22 year old Economics & Politics graduate but, as you can tell, I missed out the words “year old” that was crucial for that to make sense! I did not realise we had crossed paths on MONI. Monitise has certainly has gotten ahead of itself and I am glad my warnings on the bb were received with something other than anger/disgust. I think your profit-taking was a wise move, and it sounds like your timing was better than mine (I sold too early). I’m also glad to hear that you are going to buy into SYQ because, as you know, it really is a superb share to buy into. And, whilst equity raising is likely, news could well arrive beforehand to move SYQ from being ‘under the radar’ to a hot tech share to be in. I always like a recommendation and especially from a smart investor like yourself so thank you for telling me about CTFA and AMED. Good day to you Sir, Yes that was me who was the anonymous poster on El1te's website. Well spotted haha! A yes I am open-minded about most things in life and that means I do enjoy debating or even playing the devil's advocate on shares I'm invested in already! Thanks for complimenting me as an investor although I ought to let you know I'm just a novice really. A 22 Economics & Politics graduate with more money than sense - and I don't have that much money!!! So do take my views with a good pinch of salt and do your own research please. I'd hate to be responsible for someone else's investment in case things don't turn out as rosy as I'd hope. I truly do believe SyQic has HUGE potential and that it is cheaply priced at the moment so let me know whether you decide to invest or not. Although, seeing as you're not a holder already, it might be worth waiting to see if there is an equity placing like el1te says there will be because it looks as though he does have a point there tbh. My only advice would be if you decide to invest in SyQic, to make sure you invest before the 2014 H1 results because I believe this will rise significantly thereafter. You're interpretation is correct however my pen name is actually named after my dad's first name. God knows why I chose it but I did. Anyway I really must dash.
