Hi guys, looking into this share and trying to find a time table of events for the next couple of months. Read the company presentation and the RNS from 2nd of March but couldn't find the information I was after. Could anyone kindly point me in the right direction?

it's a bullish target for sure. But better that than not to have any ambition. Red tape is notoriously slow in T&T and things take always a lot longer than expected.

The point that they need to hit 780bopd by end Feb to be able to hit 2500 by year end is utter nonsense.

LK had a big grin, and was a great door-to-door salesman, but let's be honest: the content, and particularly the achievement, simply wasn't there.

I also voted against the merger, but lost. So be it. Ironically, we now have a much better change to see the CERP-assts being developed properly. The current BOD seems a lot stronger than the ex-CERP gang (though admittedly that benchmark wasn't too high).

yes, which is why I opposed to the merger. LK sold us down the river. Never trusted the door-to-door-salesman. Anyway, let's see what this BOD can do with the cerp assets. I don't know enough to say that one drill means the Bahamas are over and out. I do know it took BPC a decade to drill just one. There is no more appetite for a 2nd one, unless some farm-out materialises out of thin air.

At the end of the day, everyone is looking after himself. LK is no different: why would he be on the sidelines if he can be in the driving seat? He is not a guy to sit on the reserve bench. He is an excellent salesman, but am glad to see the back of him: "tells a good story, overrates his own capabilities, and always underdelivers". I don't want a CEO who is likeable, I want one who delivers and LK simply didn't deliver.

my assumption is that the HE1-project has yet to reach "the masses", but as we get closer to the drill, I assume we will see more people jumping on board and this will be reflected in the SP. A little bit of patience could a very long way throughout 21. There aren't that money shares around with such high potential for growth in SP. Could be quite a special year for He1

I would say though, that if the Tesco Gazette had written this article I would be less worried. However if the international press starts to report on it than we rely on local politicians being brave: they will have to take an increasing hit in the short term, knowing that there is a 1 in 3 change that there may be a benefit for the Bahamas in the long term. What could possibly go wrong with that....

why is it unbelievable: you can’t keep raising equity and expect the sp to rise.

I would nothing more than for your last statement to be true. However, despite all the jubilant postings about the massive rise in the run up to the spud of Pe-1, not much has materialised.

One obvious reason is the never ending series of equity raises. (they invested 120mn so far...I mean, really??). And who paid for that?!! You simply cannot have a rise in sp, and raise the massive amount of shares we have seen here. The maths do not stack up. Simple.

So now we are in a situation where this discovery literally needs to be one of the biggest finds in recent years to make some money here. And people wonder why the sp is where it is....

Always like your posts, Starchild. I don’t often read this BB (it’s too much like watching toddlers fighting on the playground; gets boring after a while), but will check now and then for the posts of people like yourselves.

Anyway, I can’t see a big rise even pre-spud. Can a minor one if from spud day onward. But mainly can see an almighty rise or crash on success or failure of P-1.

I am in this share, via the ex-CERP gang, so wish the best of course. The issue for me, like oil these start-ups, is that the plans are always too big for the size of the company leading to never ending equity raising and dilution.

So can’t see this share go up significantly unless P-1 delivers. Then again, on AIM I usually get it wrong!! Lol

there is no pre-drill excitement at all: SP from 3.5 to 2.5p (ish). Said it before, I doubt we will see the speculative run. Spike will follow on positive results from P-1.
