Would be lovely
I also think that the latest raise has pushed out the time frame for big sell-offs here....usual pattern is a rise until spud day because fear of placing post drilling results....we have had the placement so we are likely to be ok on thy front for quite some time; this may prolong the time this SP grows. All IMHO
despite all the blah-blah on this BB the sp hasn't budged since the P-1 RNS...so those of you who post because you feel you can influence the SP....I suggest you take on another hobby....(taken into account the spread....the SP has been flat as a pancake since the P-1 announcement).
"Nothing to see here, move along" until we get more updates
We need results, T. That (and nothing else), will shut them up.
Out of curiosity....you post really early, so wondering in part of the world you are?
there we go again. Our Ross always pops up with an agenda....usually it is to promote TRIN...bit boring and predictable

Apologies if posted before but this feels
like a good investment climate for He1
*accountable to shareholders
Exactly! There is also nothing wrong with criticism towards a company, even when you are invested in it. In fact, one should be especially critical when invested in a company.
CEO's are used to getting grilled by investors. It's good to keep their feet to the fire; maybe if these AIM companies were truly accountable they would be run by clowns and said clowns would have to perform and be kindly asked to leave.
"I predicted last week, BPC haters would get angrier as the SP rose"
Usually when the sp rises, people get happier...though we are probably so far from a level of sp happiness that the mood on this BB will stay sour for a while.
Many are way under water, so what do you expect?
you and me, B
Also shows that most of these mergers destroy value rather than delivery value growth. Cerp was valued at £25mn (most ex-CERP holders will still cringe about this number), and we are now valued at £29mn. So BPC added £4...just shows how LK sold us out. Terrible if you think about it and still some on here rave about this purple loser. People get what they deserve, I guess.
Kick the BOD out, get some hungry wolves on board and develop the assets properly. I don't want to hear about buying any new assets before these current clowns have proven they can do something useful with the current assets. Focus on the SWP, that will be more enough to deal with. And build the company from there.
donating money to you....That old chestnut!
What is exactly they have done successfully before?
Agree....as soon as I saw the mention of buying assets, I thought "uh-oh, equity raise around the corner". Plus haven't they got more than enough assets than they can develop. Why buy another one that will need a future equity raise. LK played the same trick: we heard a story about string of pearls (add door to door salesman grin for dramatic effect), equity raise, was going to be accretive to the sp...blah, blah, blah...value accretion never materialised
key bit of data. Will be the same in the US, I would have thought
not always the case....there are few ex-CERP holder here who cat testify to that!
Vmax, I often find Ross's posts irritating at best, but to be honest he is right: LK didn't deliver, despite all the promises and all the big grins. I am not sure why he came on board at LGO, later CERP. But thinking back about his early interviews and statements, I always felt he was too obsessed with the SP (worry about the financial performance and the SP will follow is what a CEO should be doing), so my view has always been he dreamed, like many PI's, of becoming "rich quickly". I think his gold rush got the better of him.
Regardless of his motives, the facts are he diluted the hell out of this company and didn't deliver at all (in a meaningful way).
I do hope the current BOD will do better in T&T; after all we have not had a decent enough team working the assets so far. And I do see some free shoots from this BOD. Time will tell, but I am optimistic and give the current team a far beter chance of succes than the previous one.
