it looks like we get multiple contracts as each OEM decides what SIMs to put the kit in. Initial money up front and recurrent revenue for a number of years. All cumulative like Auto revenues. This is a good model to have and as you say next move is inside an aircraft. Military are cutting edge so no doubt this could be being tested now.

Paul talked about multiple RFQs on-going , makes sense now.

L3 MOU will be a lot more once signed or alternatively we get a number of contracts for each OEM.

We were expecting L3 biggish contract but the way it looks like happening after today is multiple smaller ones.

Todays was to retrofit 3 SIMS.

Seems the way this might work is the OEM ( could be emirates, alaska, airbus etc ) will contract with L3 or SAE or whoever to retrofit the SIMS they have.

Nice, means an RNS for each one. And some OEMs have 15+ SIMS

sounds like the 1.7p last year to 9.5+ currently didn't help you at all. You seem focussed on the downside. Might want to review strategy and look elsewhere for whatever it is you're looking for. Of course my opinion only.

This is a great start. Although I was expecting L3 first. But CAE is the biggy.

Paul mentioned in his last two presentations that there are RFQ's (plural) active in the aviation strand. So it seems as an OEM (lets call it that) makes a decision, a contract is signed with the SIM provider for the number of sims to be retrofitted. Watch this space no doubt.

most LTH's I know have made substantial profits (papar or otherwise) in SEE and have low averages.

Of course if no buying was done at 1.5p or indeed since then some may be at a loss if they bought and only bought over 9.5p where we are today.

As you say vast revenues to come no doubt. Some will sell but things might move quickly, lets see what happens.

Phil, as a follower of Ryan you will be aware that he started his own company a year or two back so perhaps he either always had plans to move on or wasn't cutting it at SEE.

Funnily the 'churn' as you call it was raised by our Swedish/Finnish friends on their BB very recently too although they were talking about 3 or 4 years ago when senior management/board changes happened to allow SEE to become the world leading dms is several strands.
Paul has to be given a lot of credit for making hard decisions and that was after he turned fleet around!
Our Seye friends keep quoting 84 design wins , most of the early ones never made it to production.

Seye supporters have 'counted' in income from model refreshes and even winning ALL BMWs! Martin used BMW on many slides where this would happen. Bit quiet when Rana asked him to tell everyone the story of getting the BMW win email..
Yes Seye will win oems but what has happened under Pauls leadership (so far), like Omni, QC , 3pillar etc has yet to be made public IMO.
The greatest DMS proponents are / will be Supercruise and Bluecruise. GM and Ford.

Just my opinions of course.

Lets see how integrated their 'camera' is to the rest of their ADAS system. Or is it just a daytime camera.

So Affectiva struggling to run their hardware agnostic software on automotive grade chips.?

Also I assume its the OEM who chooses which DMS provider rather than Mbly telling the OEM they have to take Cipia.

Seems to me, and it is my opinion.. that we hear do much about Ford, GM, Stellantis, BMW, Merc pushing out early adoption of dms. Yes its higher priced models but all new tech starts there and filters down, that's how oems make money. DMS will be ubiquitous of that i have no doubt. ..and SEE will get it's fair share as Paul says.
Make up your own mind what fair share actually means, after all it's your money/future you've invested.
