If there is a takeover then the buyer will want most staff to remain as the business is - the people - the tech and the customers. Of course they will only want to keep who they want but thats pretty much all the top management. Not sure if Ken would stay though.

.I fully expect DMS for all levels of autonomous driving to be mandated by the regulators. However if distracted / fatigue driver gets mandated irrespective of autonomous features this will fly even more.

Oh and also suprised nobody picked up on Paul's comment "significant Class 1 rail opportunity". People should google what Class I railroads mean and what sort of companies are in that space - and which country uses a Class I, II, III classification.

Possible explanation is that EyeSight is the name of Subaru's front facing camera system. Just happens to be the same name as a SEE competitor?

DT, agree this is a sensible report on the future of autonomous cars. Even the most advanced cars will be driving at different levels on a single journey.
