Reading Viktor's update which I assume was run past Smarteye, it's clear they need a few more good wins to keep them on track. Of course there is room for several companies in this field but at least with SEE alll the eggs aren't in one basket and that basket won't really kick in until 2020. In the Proactive Investors presentations and comments elsewhere if I am reading it right in the next couple of months we are due - 1. another Auto OEM 2. Notification of Big Railway1 3. Fleet update on shipping V2.0 Of course anymore would be gratefully received!

In the interview that Nick and James gave to proactiveinvestors recently, Nick did explicitly say [quote] "we do expect some more exciting announcements in the 2nd half related to new business (in auto)". I understand the timescale of delivery is an issue but fotonation have been doing this since 2015. As the Forester is NOT a hands free system they can get away with less robust systems. Having said all that Autoliv battled Hitachi for the next Eyesight driver system (Eyesight is the front facing camera in near the rear view mirror) An upgrade to the EyeSight system is planned for 2020 which potentially may allow SEE in as well on the DMS side. https://seekingalpha.com/news/3268159-hitachi-autoliv-battle-subaru-camera-contract I think what I am saying is that I'm of the opinion that in the same way Smarteye have the Audi coming out this year and thereafter we believe that SEE have Audi - Subaru may have Fotonation in the 2019 model but from 2020 any new models coming out will be SEE. RFrost - yes this is an excellent article and the Japan reference maintains the relentless drumbeat. So basically SEE are way beyond what is available now and have already reached the next level of technology - that in itself is a great selling point for OEM's to consider when selecting a partner.

It's odd there is no transparancy in the legal obligation to inform the market as per the rules. It's odd that Lombard seem to have shifted 30+million shares (based on whenever the website update refers to) probably at a loss to ensure the SP hovers around the 5p mark. I expect the selling is continuing. It is certainly odd that our brokers don't even acknowledge the BMW win. What is going on?

Surely CG and Cenkos must revise their projections. The previous notes did not include this "large" win. Considering the upfront engineering money to come in as well this has to change their future projections.

Im not convinced - at this time i would put them down the pecking order if we have resource issues which it sounds like we have. Tesla should have had DMS as part of their design from the start.

Question is would SEE want to go near Tesla? Very low volumes etc so better focussing on better oems especially if resources are stretched. Also GM wouldn't be too happy.

I get the fact that in a few cases the NDA's will limit what can be said down to not actually naming companies but there is no reason why successes cannot be RNS'd without giving names etc. Also, very important things like Guardian 2.0 which is pretty much a new product really should be shouted about just before the "big one" as Mirza described Birmingham CV Show on LinkedIn. Fair point. I think once a single brand model is confirmed (or confirmed as far as we know) it will probably fit below the overall owner name in the Tier1/OEM side of the chart. For the next update I will put Cadillac under GM and add as the models are released.
