Shallwe - there was a delay from my understanding it was down to getting paperwork done.
The testing lab for Electrical certification in Taiwan got the paper work end feb - there was a delay and further paperwork needed to be submitted and the lab certification was completed 31 Mar.
The FCC grant of equipment authorisation was given on 12 April - I assume that all electrical equipment cannot be shipped anywhere without an official FCC sticker on it.
FCC approval is required to ensure that things like frequencies, emissions, wattage outputs and the like are compliant.
That's my reading of the situation based on research.
Timc, i have know doubt the SEE bods are working through the permutations and models to allow upgrades to happen.
The regulations now (if passed) now open up a much bigger potential market. Will SEE be able to cope without a big brother/partner/buyout?
"I do trade the share, which I don't talk about on here much as there are those that seem to get oddly wound up by people buying in the troughs and selling on the peaks."
Bit arrogant that?
Phil, Alex claims to have bought on every low and sold on every high if you can believe that.
He sold out at 7p which was in hindsight a really bad idea so take from that what you want about his previous buying and selling.
Up 34% yesterday and down 5% today....not too shabby.
RE: Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Audi and Honda18 May 2018 16:29
Map, I would expect that with what happened yesterday Ford, Volvo and Audi will want to get the contracts signed asap since SEE phones are now going to be ringing off the hook!
PM44, the chart may need a rethink!
Nice problem to have though...
Friday finish anywhere in double figures would do me but I think the word is now out so im hoping a day like yesterday....
Yes it's all about NCap and the 5 stars!
Just as a side issue Subaru Forester as we know will have DMS in the next model - some reports suggest Fotonation - this article points to Mitsubishi for the facial recognition side - not sure if it's all Mitusbishi or they are working with Fotonation.
