Starbuck you really need to do some serious research. UOG own 22% once the RKH deal is competed at which time there will be 619m shares in issue and debt of £8m with BP.
Several wells are planned across the concession.
That said this could still be a very significant find for UOG but be careful with the ramps.

Just a shame this news did not come several weeks ago, now the greedy City sharks have got an even better deal - grrrr!!
It is what else it opens up for me which could be very significant as this 50m find seemed a bit of a surprise .

He has to be cautious until full test is completed but there is no doubting this is very significant even if sustained rates are half that would still add another 700bpd to us.

Growling at the sp indeed. It is not what I hoped I would be doing when the company embarked on the transformation deal. I thought that would have least had some transformation for the sp snd thus shareholders too.
Unfortunately for whatever reason the company decided not to go down the route of reorganisation of the share base to benefit existing shareholders while suspended and just did a raise at the prevailing sp which turned out to be 25% less than that.
I think they missed a trick because they could have benefited existing shareholders and thrown off the penny share mantle at the same time.
So in to the new year hoping this deal eventually does become transformational for shareholders too at some stage.

Baz existing shareholders have been raped from the start. The relisting was 1.25p in old money and most shareholders were in this to the tune of 3p so it needs to get above 30p just for a modest return.

I should have said, remain hopeful but not convinced.

Early_Bird, Gati would have made a lot better statement than anything said in the Proactive Interview if he had put his money in and sought funding a little more aligned to existing shareholders. Putting money in at 12.5p with a very nice coupon is not a big gamble on his behalf and certainly not the gamble existing shareholders took with the promises at the start of this process and now carrying significant losses.
I remain hopeful that I might get to break even and he is going to pull some rabbit out of the hat.
