Boom apparently they were offered more money but it meant taking them at 3p.
In my opinion it would have been best to take the money offered at 4p and done an open offer if they wanted to top up. Guess that was too much trouble for them but it would have looked after existing shareholders.

myfirstmillion you will more than likely be right and taking the extra money at 3p instead of the initial placing at 4p I would hope they have given themselves enough money for all this years needs. However the management have said no raising before and did.
One would hope if there is a raising in the future lessons will have been learned and more care would be taken with regard to existing shareholders. Right I will take my tongue out of my cheek now.

Ahh yes 1750mk. I would hope that sort of thing is behind us now and we can ALL benefit from the transformations and not just the lucky greedy few.

Not to forget the very important Selva gas. I think there may be some portfolio cleansing too as they will be too far down the pecking order now with the Egypt acquisition and fraught with environmental issues. I talk of the assets in Dorset on shore and Colter.

Boom123 I imagine we will be up up and away if it stabilizes at half the 7000bpd. 22% of 3500bpd would be an extra 770bpd to us , a massive uplift in revenue. But more importantly what will be the size of the resource which could give a serious uplift in valuation. Fingers crossed for a great result.

Still churning at the minute, and may be we might see that for each penny lift as those that were trapped in for so long find acceptable levels to move on.
But there is no doubting the mood music from the company is very positive and this should continue to re-rate with news, not least that due on the December figures.
This is still valued at way less than many junior explorers in the Aim copper arena that have got years more exploration costs and feasibility studies and capex before producing an ounce of copper.

Excellent Rns, far too cheap at the current mkt cap . Continued to improve production when everything in the Yukon is frozen up at this time of year.

Jarv I am not sure the brokers forced it down to 3p, it's kind of what happens when you raise at that price.
I would much sooner blame the greedy instis that dangled more money in front of the company at 3p and they bit.
I understand why the company did that if it means they don't have to raise again but wasn't impressed by it as a long term shareholder.

I assume Brian & Co will cobble a RNS together accordingly but may be they are waiting for a general update.
I think you are right re' the North Sea. I seem to remember at least one of those licences is very much in the same ball park as Crown with flip potential, but as you say bigger. Crown would have been very marginal as a stand alone so to get the value they did from it was a real coup.
