This is too cheap given the amount of production. Hopefully the transformational deal will be just that and not a damp squib as it is at the moment due to the poor funding.

Some chunky sells this morning but may be a buyer in the background as the sp is holding up.

Happy to remain in cash while the worry is over, may buy back my original holding then.

Nice post tones, and you are probably right with much of it. But if the coronavirus persists in to Spring and China remains on lockdown the copper price could come under renewed pressure. At what copper price do the partners (Minto) reign in production or even stop it? I know we are hedged for some but as I understand it this was a very marginal mine at low copper prices, hence why Capstone had moth balled it.

Early_Bird while copper remains under pressure due to the coronavirus then so will the PERE share price, and it could get worse yet.
Of course anything is possible but at the moment the market is risk off. Let's hope it is not too long lasting.

Piper it's a nice price to get in beating most long term shareholders who invested in this management to bring in a transformational asset. Unfortunately that asset came with a swift kick to the groin in the form of a 3p placing.

Hopefully the company will grow the share price to such a level that if they do this again you will still be in profit when they get bent over by the city greed merchants.

Early_Bird how do you figure I sold at the bottom. I sold my remaining shares at 13.26p yesterday after taking some off the table at 15p last week.
Yesterday I could have bought them back at 12.75p and even after news today I can get them at touch below 13p if I wanted.
Today's news has just evened out the big drop in the copper price.
Whether this is a stonking buy or not depends on the spread of the virus and how much further the copper price drops.
I could well be wrong but my I am in cash with this one at the moment and will reassess in time. I could well be wrong and I wish all holders well.

Seems from Malcy and Doc that BL has been dodging a few interviews, may be just sticking to those that ask the easy questions and not why were you happy to undermine existing shareholders with 3p raising. Or may be he is wanting to get things fully across the line before indulging the big man?

Is it ludicrous or are people taking money off the table due to the virus in China and impending drop in copper prices. I have sold mine down for that very reason and at the moment it has been the right decision.
I was trapped in here for two years, I don't intend to be trapped again. I will reassess once things calm down.

10p already, not sure about that but the current mkt cap with the new shares is too low, there is no doubting in that.
I think 5.5p to 6p is fair given we are carrying $8m debt and ahead of more definite news on the Ash well and size of the resource.

Unfortunately true value is not going to be reflected until the 3p flippers have done.

Superb news indeed and a very significant uplift in our take. Will be happier when this transaction finally completes. Now more than double the 800bpd our 22% was producing at Jan 19.
