He undoubtedly misunderstood the severity of coronavirus, that is plain from the last video. However the deal he set up should have been more robust.
We have to be thankful that he has money invested in this as he has a purpose to now find a way out of this s**t show and finally repay shareholders who he asked to believe in him.

Yes Bythesea, only last week shareholders were looking forward to production figures and long awaited exploration news but instead have been dropped this bombshell in their laps. Poor show.

Basically beyond the $3m in Escrow we couldn't fund our commitments going forward given where the SP has fallen and circumstances changed due to coronavirus without massive dilution.
However it is all very different to the bravado of the last Gati interview when he was brushing aside the virus issue and talking of good things for the company.
I had sold out due to the on-coming virus and I am only in this now having left a buy order at 9p which I forgot to cancel and kicking myself. But how many people have topped up on the strength of that last interview.
It has been a disaster from the start.

Well it's certainly not a buy until there is more certainty or these bunch of so-called experts actually do something to add value instead of making a hash of everything they do.

Compared to what he was given it looks as though he has shed circa 160k, but as someone suggested on Advfn it looks like a shoddily completed tr1.
As for the sp halving in two weeks, yes like most miners due to coronavirus and probably because the copper price is now nearer $2 than the $2.6 it was.
If he is indeed selling as you suggest then we will get another tr1 to say below 3% and much more weakness in the sp.
Personally I don't see it.

To say aggressively selling would suggest you think he is still selling. I see no evidence of that and unlikely to be able to sell in any size without crashing the SP.

Well I don't see anywhere near where that amount was dumped on to the market on the day in question or beforehand.
Might be worth you checking the amount he was issued and the amount he has now but I don't see any aggressive selling.

Hi Flag not sure about the fraud situation but the company certainly could have done more to calm things a little.
Looks like the churn has continued and holders of more shares after the raising have probably been derisking positions.
Shouldn't be long before we hear of current drill. Hopefully they will concentrate efforts on gas production.
