It's a loan at 10% interest. Yes they have got rid of some liabilities going forward but now left with barely a business. We went in to this with a bunch of experts cherry picking a project to turn around using their 'combined expertise'. What we ended up with was a third of a project as they could not find the funding even though the original CEO made out it was going to be a walk in the park. But at the first sign of difficulty they have realised we wouldn't be able to finance our liabilities to keep just that third of the mine and so now only own one ninth. It's been a cluster **** from the start. And while the previous CEO paid himself a huge wage and then got a very good pay off, and the current CEO continued with that enormous wage, shareholders have had to eat ****!!

Yes hamiltonbro it was multiples of the current SP last month, we also owned one third of Minto instead of now holding one ninth due to sheer incompetence.

By the way the chart only shows part of the pain, it doesn't show that a lot of shareholders averages are 30p plus and had their shares suspended for over 18months.

You could be right hamiltonbro, you may make money from here. I am not sure there will be many existing shareholders falling over themselves to back this bunch given the pain they have been put through. So you will be betting on the company actually getting something right for once. Miracles do happen so you might get lucky . Good luck whatever you decide.

You say the last raising was at a premium. Very questionable as when the company started the raising process it was at that price or above. But more importantly they are that inept they tried to issue more shares than allowed to.
Yes Gati has put money in but it's a loan and paying himself a very nice 10% interest, and until very recently his wage alone was £360k .
The company has been nothing but a disaster for shareholders since it started.

Yes it is a good price to be accumulating at Bebeto. Some of us have averages a lot higher, you know those of us that have been here a long time contrary what the moron might think.
There should be plenty of bargains for the company to pick up going forward, but I am hoping BL looks for more gas than oil in the future.

Badger please excuse the moron, yes it will teach me to message from my phone. So yes 6600 per month leaving the remaining 39000 barrels per month at market price. Good to have of course but was just pointing out that earlier posts suggested the lot was at $60.

BP are paying that on only 3600 barrels a month. I don't think you are trying to mislead but to be fair to those not in then the clarification is necessary. So with circa 20% in gas that leaves approximately 42,000 barrels a month at the market price.

Bythesea Gati the Great (cough splutter) is still paying himself £180k and upped his loan interest to 10% and what we get in return for this is total incompetence and a decreasing share price.
Supposed to all be experts in their field but as you say they are a bunch of amateurs. May be Gati can push his loan out even further and charge even more interest. You couldn't make it up.

PDMS I don't share your optimism on oil futures. Storage is running out fast and supply is still well over what is required and that isn't going to change anytime soon. The result will be continued stress on the oil price and Brent could easily drop to $10.
That said Uog is in a better position than a lot. I hope they will concentrate the remaining drills on gas wells.

Compare this production report with the last one. Much of the detail has gone and Gati could barely bring himself to say anything about it and spent most of his oration talking about the coronavirus that in his last camera piece he made light of.
It's worth #2m because at 11% it's barely a business.
