12.5p per share. A long way short of what DeL Boy was aiming at but he is now relishing in his pay off.

A shrug of the shoulders from me but at least we are back from oblivion. £8.6m mkt cap. Hopefully Gati can improve on this quickly. Only managed to get £2.5m of the 3 to 5 they wanted so money will need very good management.

wh0sthedaddy BP with their vast wealth and experience must be spoilt for choice for what they get involved in. They probably sift through tens of projects a month. So whichever way you slice it BP have found something they like in this project and the UOG mgt'.

wh0sthedaddy whilst I am annoyed as you at the placing price and the transformational talk has lost more than a little of it's shine, I have to ask why would BP stump up the money if it was a crap asset that wasn't profitable and would deem their involvement idiotic? Do you think there is soneone at BP with a screw loose?

Whilst I was excited by the continuous talk of a transformational deal for what seemed like an age here before the news actually came, I must admit coming out of the other side as it stands I am underwhelmed given how much dilution it has taken. Also given the silence on all the other assets while we have been suspended I was disappointed about what said in the RNS today. I mean what does ' including the potential for future production from Italy' mean? When did potential come in to it? That means it is not certain now, so are they thinking of divesting it, is it not going to produce next year, or are the Italian regulations going to stymie things further? Also Jamaica only gets a fleeting mention and given how Tullow are struggling what happens with the drill or drop?
Back to the Egypt asset, I believe it is just a springboard that the company are using on to bigger things and hopefully the SP will recover after 150m shares have been churned through.

I hope that if they can't get the deal done in time they will grace us with some sort of company update. The silence has been too long since July and I think shareholders would like to know what is happening, or not, with Jamaica and Benin mainly but also Italy and other projects.

One would hope given the low value of the raising it will be undervalued but that brings up my argument that Gati should have striven to get a better deal.
Hopefully once those that need their trapped money have left the price might start to steadily increase but each move higher might tempt more sellers so it might be a slow process.

I worked it out at £7.5m mkt cap raising £4m @ 12.5p after DeL Boy had his brown envelope. Kick in the teeth especially after getting 16p away in the summer before the mine had even started. P**s poor!!
