Themis it is all part of the financing mentioned in sept Rns. 1m loan and placing on top. Hopefully placing not far off now but can't see it being above the 12.5p of the loan.

This company has stuffed shareholders from the start and it looks like it is going to happen again.
It will probably be 12p with a cheap warrant attached to it just for good measure.

Travesty if that is correct but not surprising as I wrote last week. The new investors will want in on the cheap and being suspended 88wks hardly gives us a good bargaining hand.

If the numbers are so great then investors should want in at a decent price. But we all know they will want in at cheap rates and a company that has been suspended for 88wks ain't going to be holding the upper hand. A reply I have received from the company doesn't fill me with one shred of confidence that in the words of DeL Boy the first priority will be existing shareholders.

BUT no mention of relist. Good news but FFS get us relisted. That is the sort of news that would have increased the share price had we been listed. Disappointing!!

Very disappointing to say the least. 86 weeks FFS!! And that moron DeL Boy couldn't understand why people were selling when they moved us to the main market, they were the lucky ones . Been a complete farce for shareholders.

Good question Brycen. It will say at lot at what they set the price at. If it is low it will look like noses in the trough and two fingers to existing shareholders. I hope they take that in to account and set it fairly .

Re' Upl I am not sure. It's a strange one I must admit given how bullish he was in the vox podcast in August and the move he had made to strengthen the company. Just hope all is well.

Much depends on what placing price they set jeppers.
I am hoping with BP Involvement and having a producing asset they set the price somewhat above what we suspended at. I would be very disappointed if it was at or below the suspension price
