Imo it does. DTG had a +50% operating profit before covid hit.

£500m in low interest loans. If DTG can fly in July/August/September to their destinations then the SP should absolutely reflect that because they make the most by far in summer.

I can say with confidence those dtg shorts are most likely ****ed. DTG is going to go up once air bridges announced.

Here's my prediction, either this week or next the UK Government will announce air bridges with Greece, malta, spanish islands etc.

DTG gonna skyrocket when this news is released to around £11 imo.

The letter by the big air bosses pleading for air bridge and all news around talking happening with other countries I'd say like a 80% chance of it happening now.

As well as the UK local quarantine rules it seems they are going for the regional quarantine instead of outright blanket bans for future.

What I was hoping for too but the German government will probably just bail them out like they already have done even though their business is terrible and not investment grade at all.

Even so they will have to scale back operations significantly more than DTG and this will help DTG.

DTG just secured Covid Loan financing if they need it, currently unutilised. I predirect it will be around £300m+ given easyjets was £600m and they are 2x size.

Without the loan I think they can last till Janurary 2021 without revenue worst case scenario but now they should be able to for March 2021 without revenue.

So I really think they will survive now unless more outbreaks and lockdowns happen again.
