With a rise of 16% the spread of 10% takes the shine off, even so if this rise is heralding positive news on the Bosch or UN deal, then it will go much higher very quickly. I am sceptical of double digits before Q4, but feel we could surpass it soon after Y/E (Q1/19).

Thomas "the Stig" Hoyer: (RNS 31 May 2017) Thomas Hoyer was a director of Tantalus Rare Earths AG ("Tantalus") from 2013 to 19 December 2016. On 16 October 2015, Tantalus filed an application for voluntary insolvency proceedings at the Munich Local Court; the amounts owed at that time were approximately �1.5million. On 8 December 2015, Tantalus announced the sale of a 60% interest in its subsidiary for �3.7million and accordingly repaid its creditors with, on 12 February 2016, the application for the opening of insolvency proceedings being withdrawn. Mr. Hoyer does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.

As you say Slick, they moved from JE1 to postcode JE4 - probably still use same car park. UN news can't be far off now. I wondered whether they'd slit the contract (all eggs in one basket, etc). Not long to wait.

Surely, if it is not soluble, it could be ingested via a suspension? I.e. the powdered compound mixed with a yoghurt-like solution.

I think the FYE will reflect a bumpef year for DIS. The sp should follow.... but this is AIM.

Tintin, it involves a bit of "reading between the lines" - had they been written down. Mr R, in his January interview said something like "if the UN deal comes off we may have to raise some more money to step up production in 2-4 months" - it's about 6 minutes into the video. I just split the difference, and thought if they do win the contract and come back in 3 months for a CR then it will need to be preceded by an RNS - probably mid-March (-ish). It may be an inaccurate deduction - but I think it is a possibility.

Hope we get at least a Silver from AIM 2018.

We are due news about Bosch & UN in first quarter, I believe. I hope the Bod will confirm separately in order to build momentum. Only 15 trading days left so hoping this dip is short lived.

Hopefully news on Bosch and UN ventures will hit our screens within the next few weeks and raise the momentum.

Although the recent RNS took some of the shine off anticipated financials, once the real numbers are revealed, i'm sure the context will show it to have been a minor blip. By the ti.e we get news on the full year, Bosch, the UN and maybe a few smaller deals done in Q1, we will resume track position. I think the doldrums will be gone by mid-April. Lots of news to come.

Thought we might've got an RNS to at least say "Our soon to be revealed retailer exhibited out product last week and is currently taking orders estimated to be worth Millions/Thousands/Hundreds (*delete as appropriate)". S'mai Aber, I understand your frustration - I'd have thought Stephen Parker would have taken up the marketing aspect by now. The guys at the coalface are focused on the technical issues, so marketing is often beyond their ken. I do agree that the post from Thoth2 is just the sort of thing we should be getting from the Chairman or CEO. I suspect the problem with the BoD is that they only think of the SP when they need to raise cash - so we need someone to be a bit more of a "long term strategist" to ensure that the market (& sp) is in the right place at the time we need it to be. This means regular bulletins and updates following significant events - which includes permits and approvals, not just patents and payments.

The 32p spike at PYC is a red herring - it probably only lasted 60 second, at the top of a spike, so " regular PI's" would not have got a sniff. For those on the ball maybe 7 bagger for an hour duration which for Sar would take us to 5-7p range (settling at half that) - the real issue is "for how long". If based on sustainable fact it will rerate, if based on a "fright spike" (FOMO) it will revert within 48 hours.

The only thing that will improve the sp is positive, factual information from the BoD. If they are unable to provide this, we will continue this "holding pattern", hovering around 0.8-1.1p.

Potnak, if I invest �1500 in a company and its MC doubles, then my shares are now worth �3000 regardless of whether I paid 0.5p or �5 or �50 per share.

I wonder if the "New Broom" (CFO) had anything to do with this. Should help with consistency going forward, but likely to cause short term hit - hope it does not affect UN deal.

I believe they achieved "profit making" status in December having taken the Big Hit of writing down obsolete stock the previous year - so that together with cost cutting measures will add 1/2M to the bottom line, even if sales had not improved. Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer for Y/E results.

Although I think this sp will double from here by the end on quarter (assuming +ve news of Bosch and UN) I know others think that to be conservative (only 5 weeks to go to find out!) - but I do agree that the longer term outlook is much brighter with Starcom looking to be placed well for overtaking the competition within 2 years. Undoubtedly, Bosch will be one of those industrial groups who will be following us, to see if we can gain and hold that leading position over the next couple of years - they (or others like them) will only pay top-dollar, if we are a top-dollar business.
