I thought they'd go public at the Las Vegas trade show 2nd week of Jan, - unless it has been withdrawn, which would be awkward. Best be braced for either eventuality. Nothing we can do about it , so have a good Christmas everyone, next year will be on a new plane.(not to mention motorbikes, containers, boats, 'planes and automobiles).

Chuck, agree with earlier comment PR is useless expenditure. The only thing GSR brings to market is more shares. Until they have product to sell, why should the investors sanction any marketing at all.

I wondered whether World Bank might be doing a Due Dil audit, hence delay. I also wondered whether the money ring-fenced for the Divi might be deferred for a year, and used to invest (borrow from investors rather than bank?). That would add value to the SP.

Judging by the dip, PI's have considered the delay and sold. I'm considering "why the delay", and holding - could be v. favourable.

Sorry Philpot, my maths is suspect - meant 1 for 100 . I wondered if it would be similar to a rights issue where we'd be offered a discounted value. From what you say, probably very little in it though.

I thought we might have had a new 52 week high by now, but I suppose despite imminent news on Divi, many will hold off for 3-4 weeks until the AGM and 1/2 year numbers. I wonder whether the "divi-shares" deal will be a 1-for-10? Or is that optimistic?

DKL due to set date for AGM and terms for dividend payout this week. Last minute rush starts 8am.

I wonder whether DKL will nominate today (6th June) as eligibility for dividend/shares payout - it would be nice to know how M&A's will be funded too? Will it be a loan or a CR? A loan would have the re-assurance that the lender will be re-affirming operating costs & profit. We may get some answers between now and the AGM.

I'm assuming that the acquisition (and possibly the affect on the divi,) is the reason for the late FYE. I agree with the expectation of a pretty detailed RNS this week, as there will be considerable impact and revision of strategy, now that cross-border operations are here to stay.

If the MM's smell blood in the water (say a dip below 14.25p) they love to tease the sharks with a tree-shake - below 14p the trades are so small as to be insignificant, except for those of a nervous disposition, Calm before the storm. The big dipper will leave the station by Thursday (latest)

I don't think LM favours a Monday or Friday announcement - probably arranging podcasts today for the day after an RNS . Suspect Tues-Thur RNS followed by 2 days of podcast interviews (though they may be recorded a day or two before publishing). Justin Waite probably signed an NDA already.

I think Dumper should hold for 15.75p - this will creep up until Friday but mid-next week should see a spike (maybe 17-19p). How far it retraces (if any,) will depend on the forward plans (M&A, plus organic growth), and the dividend details.

Ît would have helped us all if dumping was held over until 15-15.5p, but we don't know the situation behind their decisions. Could be a lawyer, clearing up the estate of an LTH. Still time to lift the SP before the 5th June if the majority hold fast.

I wondered if the 5th of June has other significance (besides the w/c date). Could it be the Divi date? Maybe and M&A completion? Both?
