Asx was up 12% for most of todays trading, but dropped to 0% before trading ended - maybe because no Ann/RNS was forthcoming.
We have to be at Terminal Depth in about 7 days to allow for 2x14 day flow tests before the end of April. For all we know, we may be there already but we did hit a snag with the weather/ high winds, which dented the timetable - so TD this weekend may be pushing optimism a bit too far.
Give or take a couple of days, Wednesday would be my guess for TD - but will we get a confirmation immediately or a few days later? That is the question. FOMO is close.

Within the next week we should be through Stellar targets, as we need to get 28days of flow testing concluded before end of April. As Brom already stated, we might get a bland RNS to confirm TD/HRZ, but I feel that if the Charlie target is a good'un, it might be a bid more positive. Not expecting anything quantitative though, as I think that will come at same time as flow results. Might be May by then, with PoO up, and Covi19 on the wayne. I would not rule out 10p in May, but that may be a bit optumistic.

My bad. While under the "protection" of the human body the virus only has the imune system as an enemy. A virus may survive in warm air, but UV light often comes along at the same time, and they don't like UV up'um. Cold air might keep the virus alive a bit longer but sub-zero air is dry. There is no moisture in it the moisture that was in it is now frost or ice on the Tundra. I have no idea whether the virus cells burst and die once frozen or get consumed by bacteria as they enter the soil with meltwater - but by then the crew will be long gone.

In 9 days we will be into April, so should have drilled below the Stellar targets and into the HRZ by then.
I would think the April programme will require the lower target to be fractured and tested first - but I guess DW will let us know if that is the case in about 10-12 days time, along with early findings from the wire line data.
Lets hope POO will be rising by then - maybe Putin will stop playing "chicken" with the Saudis, as the Covid-19 statistics in Russia have started to go exponential - so he has plenty of other stuff to be getting on with (and he'll need that extra currency for all of the medical equipment he'll be buying from Trumps car boot sale).

Whether BP missed it deliberately or not is academic, we are gathering data they did not get. As for Chatlie it is almost the opposite - we will get some data, but it may not tell us more than BP gathered. Don't think I misled anyone, appologies if I did.

This drilling project is to puncture 8 targets. The primary targets are at the bottom, none of the other targets are optimised, and a couple are barely touching the outer edge. I only have hopes that Charlie (BP missed it) will hold a pleasant surprise for us but Indigo and the Lima targets ar only about garthering "free data" on the way down to the real objectives. Most, if not all the targets above the Stellar group would not be commercial on ther own, but if Stellar covers the fixed costs of production then exploiting the other targets becomes viable. Not that 88e is intending to go into production, but they need to know what the viability is to avoid getting ripped off by a major producer, when the time comes. External factors are holing this back, but if the West gets to grips with cv19 and Russia has a major outbreak, they will need oil to rocket, as it is their major foreign currency earner.

b) I'd rather we bagged on 2p rather than 1p.
Still have same number of shares, and I only lose money if I lose my head (& sell).
It could take 2-4 months, but the pendulum will swing back.

The 3 stakeholder will probably be on conference calls from mid morning - I suspect we will get a bulletin over the next 4 days while they drill through the middle targets which are not as hot as Charlie. Then Upper Stellar next week.

With Trump taking up all the extra Saudi -Rusky production over the next 5-6 weeks, will they maintain this extended perion of deficit or back off the current action? It should help raise the POO in the short term but markets are fickle.

One thing I read a while back informed me that MMs can trade, even if they have no shares. They can, by arrangement, "borrow shares". Nominee Account Managers are allowed to underwrite "virtual shares" for a MM. So if an MM holds 100k shares and someone wants to buy 10M, all the MM needs is a "credit note" from someone managing say, Barclays SIPP Nominees. No doubt there is a quid pro quo for such an undertaking, but having no shares is not a limiting factor for MMs.

ArabGuy, the jury will give its verdict on PMO facilitated transformation in about 6 weeks - you are guilty of premature speculation, I think.

And in 6 weeks from now, those leases could be worth a lot more than today.

No Tondy, to do that we'd need a CR to buy up the remnants of PMO to get their 60% share from the Receiver.

As for speculations, like Specsavers, AIM thrives on them more than it does facts. If we were not speculators, we would not be here. :-)

I respect OW, but no specific times are mentioned on the release. That suggests to me that we are further ahead than the RNS date itself. I concede this is a moot point as we are unlikely to get another RNS before Mon/Tue even if the drill bit is through Indigo and about to enter Charlie, as I type. It will be interesting to see if any specific timings are revealed next time - a less "open" style of RNS is not necessarilly a bad thing as anticipation is what fuels the sp, but it does require a steady nerve.

I think you've lost a couple of thousand feet Pros.

Just like your hip bone is connected to your arm bone, via various other bones so the daily Poo contributes to the 10 year average which becomes relevant when we are ready to sell the company. The rise and fall of POO also is a general indicator to get in or out of oil stock. A high proportion of our investors do not realise we are an explorer and not an oil producer- so when they jump in and out on the basis of POO it affects the sp. It is not logical, but it is sentimental.
