Among other things, note in particular the pattern of agreements made every so often with much larger companies which actually contain nothing binding nor any specifics whatsoever.

We had (among others) Konsberg, Arup, Aibel, COSPL, Aker, and now Siemens. Compare the wording of the RNSs. Almost identical every time.

What's happened to the interest that all those companies were supposed to have in MFDevCo?!?!

To those who claim that "a large respectable company would not associate itself to another company it did not trust", then I recommend they learn about business. Countless small companies have only a nominal association with giants, it's very common and means nothing on its own.

E.g. I remember working with P&G as a client during my marketing days. P&g had back then 32 package design agencies for Europe on its roaster at one point, several of which have gone bankrupt after a few years nonetheless.

I'm sure the Mintys have fully insulated themselves. The son is an accountant after all.

The appointment of a solicitor in the BoD back in July also suggests that the final contractual negotiations were already under way back then.

The potential is huge: anyone who wants to attend a concert but cannot get there. It will just take more time for sufficient adoption to be a profitable business though it appears.

Just sell at best if you are worried. You will probably not a great price, but if you are worried it will fall down further, that's the only thing to do. Otherwise, you see what can happen.

I upped my stake inspite of a lack of a clear sign. I suspect that this will bounce very hard in the next few trading sessions. There have been too many good developments on the FB side of things and with the increase of recordings / live shows available over the past few months.
