You have no way of knowing it was placing stock. Personally I suspect it was all sold a long time ago as most IIs sell for just 5-10% profit: they do not buy placed shares for investment, they buy them for a quick profit to help pay their overheads etc.

It's hilarious how they gave the same response as CH had done for years when asked "when is the board going to buy shares"...

An insider CAN buy shares, it's during a "close(d?) period" that they cannot, which is a month (IIRC) before the release of official financial figures.

Good luck to anyone in this who has suffered from the manipulations and lies of the (soon to be 100% gone) BoD, and who has not been part of those manipulations willingly and who has not bullied the reasonable naysayers (i.e. not trolls)...

RNSs are all about the wording.

Nothing in the wording of the last two funding RNSs (includes yesterday's) suggests vague language that could be used to evade criminal prosecution IMO, except for the definition of "shortly" which could be interpreted in many ways maybe.

People thought the same when he went from 7 to 4%... we simply cannot guess.

That trade mentioned by neiltom88, while suprisingly low, does look like a buy at an extraordinary timing. But it still just about looks like a buy.

MM's are all over the place at present on this share anyway, very hard to keep track of the direction of the SP.

This 196m trade might be a buy actually, however crazy that sounds.
The bid/ask rose straight after that trade, which itself took place just as the bid/ask had decreased momentarily. My theory is in spite of the fact that the SP of that trade was lower than that of the trades before&after.

Within less than a week IMO. The minister stuck his neck out by declaring the deal was done.

It's big but certainly not "mahoosive" - about £20k worth.

I've just topped up at 0.041, this is being heavily traded today.

I suspect the Nomad did not allow GR to confirm until all the paperwork was signed, sealed and delivered.
