I can only make guesses (and guessing is worth peanuts when trying to invest money responsibly). I recommend you look up FCA.org.uk and whether its AIM governance code covers that. dusterhater - there is a the strong likelihood that many of those shares that are to be formally admitted have already been forward sold. Furthermore, there is such a high volume of shares traded at present that any new shares (incl. forward sold) will probably churned very quickly.

FrankTiny - the individual who wrote those statements can be ignored altogether. He has regularly thrown out random claims (which have generally proven to be wrong) since last summer 2017. He used to be on this BB before getting banned after he apparently went off the rails.
