I'm confused - why 02/10? Doesn't the RNS state that the transaction was completed on the 04/10?

SOLO only sold a small portion of its holding. If it considered UKOG a poor prospect, it could have sold a lot more easily last week.

It's clear to me that SOLO only needed some cash to complete its current projects.
