Duster is just to be ignored... I really think that CH has tried to up his game since summer, his career depends a lot on the success of this company, or a sale at a the most basically decent price (3+p per share probably).

Share Duke - IIRC, there were some revenues at the last set of results. Just not many. - re: Ibiza Rocks, “on-track to meet the revenue expectations” is not a clear guarantee, especially when there were still two months before the end of the 2018 left. That statement is certainly nice, but it’s nowhere near as good as hard numbers. I don’t even recall our being told what those actual expectations for 2018 are (anyone knows please?) - if they are low, and below a sufficient amount to be profitable, that may not impress the market.

Hulie Your giving litigation coats without saying what it was about, what jurisdiction was involved, whether there was an appeal, etc. is a bit like saying “the space rocket goes to the moon, I expect the bicycle I bought for £200 to fly me to Japan in a couple of hours.” It just makes no sense. CH’s career depends on this, and I strongly believe he is acting accordingly. (Eg he has probably been doing full time hours on his “part-time” salary.)

You know that this spread is fake.

They know that they cannot issue a “no” decision. The internal review in question would have been one such opportunity and they did not: Ascent’s (positive) case is clear.

One is there most of the time, yes. But he has other people taking turns occasionally, who post the videos under his alias or send them to him to post.

My guesses: Either punt money leaving. Or small sells done to keep the SP low deliberately.

(I.e. that JL will be informed that no more involvement is appropriate).

The apparent involvement of the infrastructure minister (if I recall the PR pieces correctly) suggests this will happen.

I suspect this will remain a trading share until the results are published next year (mid-Feb based on the previous years’ publications?). I look forward to seeing them then.

The internal review has not highlighted any reason to refuse the permits. So I do not see how it could either way personally.

Actually, the more I consider the information officially shared and the PR activity, the more I expect the permits to be awarded within the next few weeks.

Re: Magna - another great find from TPT.

That changes perspective a bit, but also suggests that Arso might issue our permit sooner than later as it does understand country economic needs - especially now that Geoenergo has finally been helping with the PR side of things in Slovenia...

Ascent can launch the action in the name of its joint venture - it’s in the contract I understand. And again, I suspect lawyers have already been instructed, and that payment will be made via a litigation finance business.
