By now your broker will have received the offer docs. Assuming you are with one of the big brokers in a nominee account you log in and opt to take 11p, or else, your shares automatically will be transferred into TNZ shares on the Canadian exchange. This will only be possible if your brokers allow it. I'm with Interactive Investor who will let me hold TNZ shares if i wish.

Could be. That would be something of a bad outcome. They would therefore vote yes and we'd be left with this deal. I mean, good for them at 12 13p. Bad for us long term holders who are seeing the company stolen. That said, if they saw value in sdx alone they'd make an offer. They still might...

Guy on the advfn board says it's a jersey based investment firm. No idea who he is, but it looks like he has taken the river share... Question is, has he taken the Waha share as well. If he has. Well, all I can conclude is were going private. Unless he is connected in some way to tenez...
