TNZ upping the offer is a possibility but tbh they are so small, where will the money come from... I cannot see a dramatic increase on 11p.

Who cares if management is angry? I am angry with the way this business has been managed for years. The 2 clowns in charge and the chair who has backed them need to go!

As far as i am concerned this is the end for them, in the event of a no vote. They set up a deal that sought to take value from shareholders and crystalize the damage they have caused. Its now a chance for a fresh start and along with a buy-back i fully expect the shares to rise on on a "no" vote. There is no logic to a sell-off and return to 8p!

I've been through the forms. It looks like the buyer got over 24% and then reduced. All this means is the picture is now a little more complex as there are fragmented ownership profiles. I also think that there should have been more holdings announcements unless SDX has been buying them back and will notify after the vote. Shares held in treasury are non-voting share.

I have to say, its rather opaque... but either way i don't a downside from the current price.

TNZ win - they pay 11pps.
We win, we get new management and a buyback programme to boost the share price and we continue to make money whilst hopefully getting a fresh start.

What you're looking for as a CEO is strategic alignment. To be honest I cannot see much alignment with tenez. One of the big boys probably better placed for North Africa. They won't though as the are divesting in these assets leaving the minnows to pick up the pieces.
