why would it drift lower, we have had a great deal of positive newsflow since the last announcement. Its silly cheap as thngs stand.

I am no expert but my understanding of the takeover code is that if they do go above 29.9% then they will have to make an offer at not less than the highest price they paid (13p). Hence, an offer at say 14/15p may be incoming.

The trouble is they are listed as separate investors on these forms, so i don't know what the rules are in the code pertaining to working in consert.

Seems like the partnerships have 30% plus now following these RNS's. 25 plus the 6% from the others... they have well enough.

Well, they are the owners of the business, and the board can now get some strategic control over the business.

They were happy to pay 12 and 13p for their 25% hence, they must see good value on top of that...
