As a long term holder in MTL you get to see how it’s ran, and when Darren Bowden mentions something, it’s because it’s a certainty, he has never ever made comments without a reason, and when he finally mentioned Condor and the bid, I knew it was a done deal by Darren Bowden, Nick Candy and Condor.

He never talks up MTL, and sets targets that he constantly beats each year, on that basis you can expect La India will be turning gold at Q4 2026, he’s said it already, it’s a target he has set and he will prove his words.

Condor shareholders may well be disappointed today, but your are now part of a an impeccably ran business, and you will slowly catch on that Darren over delivers his promises, it’s a better deal than you may think now, give it a year and you will will see nothing but positive progress, 2 years and you will see multiple incomes, La India will be one of them, I also suspect Runruno will still be flowing a while longer than we believe today.

Huge potential ahead.

It’s that tiny risk that the deal failed that kept me holding tight my MTL shares, MTL on its owns merits is happy at 6p and climbing, and CNR was at 20p without a deal, so the risks of losing out remain till the deal is done.

Although I do believe the vote is just lip service and the deal is already in the bag.

I think MTL will have a serious rally once it’s finalised and the other mine information is released.

Simply Wall St is lazy software generated tosh, it’s not worth a carrot, there may be some laughing at the lack of progress MTLs share price has had since the mention of the La India purchase, buts it quiet simple, the back door to MTL investment as in buying Condor shares is being taken advantage of, existing MTL share holders selling to buy Condor shares, thats cool, its still an investor in MTL, when this deal is concrete, the real exciting information will come thick and fast, plenty of media coverage to shout about our long and prosperous future.

When the deal is done, MTLs future is as secure as it’s possible in a mining company, but with decades of gold reserves at record high pricing and low AISC, it’s just a matter of when, not if, the market realises, my 10p a share prediction is just around the corner, and it’s only for starters, the main course and pudding is coming for those with an ounce of patience.

Last opportunity for those wanting a dirt cheap entry into MTL is now, don’t wait for the ink to dry on the deal.

The original plan was to shut Runruno down in Q1 2027 and relocate the processing equipment onto the Abra tenement, an 18km stretch of land we recently purchased and are proving up for both copper and gold as we speak, but, since we are now buying La India, we don’t need to rush to mine the Abra, interestingly, the latest interview from our CEO Darren Bowden mentioned some news he can’t disclose until the Condor/MTL deal is sealed, its a possibility we could be extending the Runruno LOM by bringing in local gold rich earth, from 2 sources we already own just 20km away.

This isn’t a certain, but we should find out something price sensitive in late January.

In the mean time, we have Q4 results to look forward to, and the deal hopefully sealed with Condor.

I know MTL back to front, I have been heavily invested for the last 7 years, I’m heavily in profit, and I feel we are not even close to reaching fair value.

Condor is where it is and that’s what happens to mines that can’t finance production, with no income and borrowing money to survive at 20%, potential buyers can make a lower offer, but look on the bright side, since MTLs offer, your up 50% this month and that’s just the start, your MTL shares should you choose to stay invested will bring you the equivalent of 100p a share in the next 2 years.

I don’t care what others do, I have always been optimistic about MTL since Darren took over 4 years ago, he’s proven his salt, so Condor shareholders are in as good a hands as it’s possible, and in the long run should be much better off than a higher priced straight sale of the company today.

I think I’m in my right to defend our company, it seems some are unhappy with the outcome of the offer, but the offer will prove to be the making of both current shareholders of Condor and MTL shares, it’s a very fair deal in my mind, MTL are in a very strong position and the offer could have been made to another asset owner, MTL had options, but I have faith in Darren Bowden and he sees this as a good deal for both parties, I believe in that too, that’s not being arrogant.

I think you may be confusing owning 2% of a company that owns an asset they couldn’t sell, with MTL a company that managed buy and prove up an asset as well as mine it to profitability, that’s not a clown car company, and it’s offered Condor a life line, it’s the $100 million dollars required by most mining companies that never gets financed to monetise the asset, MTL has both the money revenue and expertise to monetise La India, and it will, plus you will be part of a company with other assets and possibly an extension to the mining life at Runruno.

You should think hard before letting go of the opportunity to realise the value here.

Why would MTL never reach 15p? That’s a silly statement, the deal with MTL and Condor is a fantastic deal for both, Condor have an asset thats ready to mine, and MTL have the money and expertise to have it producing by the end of 2026, the decades of gold in La India assures a hugely profitable business that generates a reliable and long term income, gold at current prices gives us a $1500 dollar profit on every ounce, 120k ounces annual production for decades possible from this one asset, MTL may extend the Runruno life span beyond 2027 as a second income, bringing in gold rich material from a local source, and the Abra tenament will reveal its gold and copper assets during the next year or two, another fully owned asset to be mined down the road, local enough to Runruno to reuse the processing plant when Runruno finally dries up.

Darren Bowden has the skill and proven track record to maximise income from any gold resource in any part of the world, this is what’s he does, 15p is very realistic in the next 2 years.

Taking inflation into account that’s losing money.

MTL has had a 350% increase in the last 5 years even at today’s price.

You can’t compare the success on their own merits.

I’ve explained the reason for the current drop, gold could be $3000 an ounce today and we would have fallen in price, the MTL drop from 6p plus before the offer to buy Condor is because Condor shares was a cheap way to buy MTL, and so many MTL holders sold millions of shares and bought Condor shares with those funds, both companies will find a balance and then both can appreciate linearly.

No share goes up in a straight line, look at the MTL 5 year chart if you want to see how much we have grown, and Condors recent rise is because of this deal, there 5 year chart showed no growth until the deal was mentioned.

If you want to wait for the Condor mine to be built before investing more, you will be paying multiples of todays price, that’s why it’s called investing.

Thanks for your incite, it may be a good idea to watch the presentation before making silly comments, the life of mine is not an issue, it’s the remaining 2 years plus of debt free income thats the driver to buy the decades of revenue that La India and the Abra tenament will bring, and if we get an extension of income by bringing local gold rich material into the Runruno processing plant, we may have additional years as a 2nd income above LA Indias 120k ounces that’s promised to be producing before Runruno dries up, by that point we will have the Abra tenement proved up as a another source of income down the road, both high grade copper and gold.

A minimum $240 million FCF from Runruno before bringing in additional material makes this all possible, without additional share dilution or borrowing.

MTLs share price is growing nicely, look at the 1 year chart, this latest dip is because of the deal ahead with Condors shares being a cheaper entry at the moment, an anomaly that will pass.

We and Condor shareholders are sat in an amazing position, sit tight and take a holding if you haven’t and become part of this huge opportunity to appreciate huge gains from here.

The shareprice has always been slow to catch onto the prospects, and this is another case in point, great news from 2 videos and a monster of an acquisition, but I’m patient and have no intention of selling a share, so I patiently wait for the growth that will take place over the next years, MTL are masters of production, averaging 83.5k ounces gold over the last 2 years with only 1.3 to 1.4g/t grades, when you see the grades on offer in the future, and the size of the reserves, the incomes will be huge, and that’s going to grow the company exponentially, multiple regions, multiple

Incomes and all at ever higher gold prices, it’s the perfect time for MTL to maximise its market cap and all we have to do is wait, not a problem for me, I’m 57 and this is my wealthy retirement plan.

Perfect time for topping up or getting on board, Darren Bowden will deliver everything he promises and more,

He has proven himself to under plays things and deliver much much more.

It’s clear a few are selling MTL to buy Condor shares, but that opportunity has nearly dried up now, its been a bargain way to buy MTL shares, so don’t see it as a slur on MTL, just a small opportunity being taken to grab a cheaper holding of MTL with added bonuses.

Great video from Darren, lots more to discuss when the ink dries on the deal in January, we have a long future from here, just sit tight and wait, let Darren build us that £2 billion market cap.

MTL has fallen since the deal was mentioned, we have been as high as 6.8p in the recent past, it’s because of the selling created to buy Condor shares, but it’s great for those looking to get either at the moment, once the deal is done, MTL will recover, but MTL won’t drop if the deal did drop, but I know that’s not going to be the case, it’s a formality from this point, I’m sure.

Remember why those holding MTL are so positive, it’s because MTL are a proven gold producer, one who has taken a reserve and put it into production, when Gold prices were half what they are today, so it’s stands to reason they will repeat the same at La India with gold at twice the price, we are valued today at half the earnings from Runruno, absolutely no value for La India or the Abra tenement.

Bargain opportunity here

MTL have twice the value in current assets, equipment and guaranteed income from Runruno than its 5.5p shareprice, if they just banked the money and sold the assets and equipments, they could pay an 11p dividend at the end of the current mine, that’s how cheap we are, no valuation for the skills and future earnings whatsoever, if gold hit $3000 next year, that number will increase too.

I think a few on Monday will be scrabbling to get MTL and Condor shares, I think it’s long over due to have a re-rate and the news flow from now on is going to bring it, watch this space and remember these words.

We make $10 million free flow cash every month from Runruno, that’s factual, that’s for the next 2 years plus, then this interview blows that prediction out of the water, if he can bring local material into the plant without relocation, its extension of use is a massive deal, no cost and more years, grades could be crazy.

Our PE ratio as it stands is under 1, typical PE ratio for a gold producer with a long mine life is between 7 and 20.

We are crazy undervalued with this news.
