I have had no doubt to the fact they bought the Abra tenement with full knowledge of its contents, as I have said before, they had 20 offers on the table back in February from various companies and yet we chose to take this one on, a smart man like Darren Bowden with decades of experience didn’t buy a plot of land blindly hoping it may contain gold, the onsite drill rig wasn’t an ornament, but the YMC business without MTL would never have had the cash to bring it out of the ground, that’s why we did the deal.

Our future is already safe, it’s just some need it in black and white and some including myself trust in the CEO like Darren Bowden, he’s no fool and it’s not his first rodeo, great news is coming.

The big fish are happy paying 6p for 100 million and the small time short sited investors sell at 4.8p, that’s why they are big fish, and small time investors remain just that.

You can take your profits and tell us you did, you can bad mouth a share you don't own, you can make out AIM in general is a casino, or that AIM may be taxed to death in the future, but its because you have a small investor mentality.

I have been here along with many others at a much higher share price than todays, when MTL didn't produce gold, then when MTL produced gold at a loss and built up $133 million debt at a 15% interest, when MTL was selling that gold at $1200 an ounce, yet I collected more share as it went along, because I always had this fact in mind.....billionaire shareholders dont like losing money, and we had billionaire investors holding stock, they saved MTL by refinancing the company and bringing in Darren Bowden, thats why we are in the fortunate position today.

Today we have gold @ $2650 per ounce, we have 20% less shares in circulation, we have a debt free company accumulating cash, we have £200 million in clear profit laid out in front of us over the next 2.5 years just from Runruno, we have $100 million worth of mining equipment and we have an award winning workforce with 700 plus local highly trained staff, plus, we just had another very rich investor buy 217 million shares in MTL.

Darren Bowden has held back on a dividend for now, because hes going to use the $30 million clear profit quarters to accumulate wealth, expand our porfolio, bring new revenues to fruition and then we can really enjoy the gold bull run, when he does start the dividends, I will be holdind every single one of my 7 million shares, along with the big fish, I will collect more in dividends than I can spend, thats a big investor mentality, and its taken me decades to grasp it.

Today is not the time to sell, its never been better for MTL and other gold miners, its the start of an exciting and very prosperous journey, 10p target for 2024 still stands in my book, but I'm holding and waiting for dividends, Darren Bowden knows we want dividends and he knows we want share price growth, I know he will deliver on both in the not so far future, when gold hits $3000 plus at the same time, MTLs value will explode, I hope others follow this advice, dont let others poison your investment.

Absolutely nothing high risk about MTL, debt free, £200 million profit to be had just from existing reserves, cash reserves in the bank, new land bank owned out right, Award winning Philippine mining record ensures future licences with a government that’s wants mining income for its country, and a CEO who’s proven his metal, it’s all good, share prices move up and down but the trend matters the most, MTL is rising and is ripe for a large move higher, patience is all that’s required.

Interesting comment, wouldn’t surprise me at all, when your worth 3 x market cap just from existing gold reserves and current mining equipment, not including the Abra tenement land bank

Don’t sweat the day to day price movement, the volumes are small, the trend is your friend and it’s it’s a rising pattern, top up time for those with the spare cash, remember, Drachs Investments No3 Limited just bought 217 million shares at 5p, that’s big money and it’s reassurance to us private investors, the big money likes MTL, so us mere mortals just hold onto their coat tails and wait.

Darren Bowden was brought in to save the company and he spent a few days looking at the running of the mine, he told Nick Candy it was certainly going bust, and said he could buy it for pennies in the pound when it does, so the fact he took a salary seems generous to me.

He knew what was required to turn it around and as we know he did, the size of his salary was a lot back in 2019 for sure, but it’s quiet small in terms of todays profit margins today, less than 3 days profit, he is the reason we are all sat here enjoying the ride today.

Tygra, the share price has actually held up well this quarter, and it’s normal movement for MTL, the next few weeks are usually more positive leading up to the quarter results, but I do feel we are in for a major moment that changes things for MTL for good, it’s been a long and frustrating journey when we know how strong the business runs and the share price creeps rather than explodes, but the gold income keeps piling at ever bigger numbers and the options for us are expanding with it, I also feel gold has a explosion in price to come as the USA dollar implodes, they are in a dire position, a debt pile they can’t stop expanding at an ever faster rate, property both private and commercial collapsing and the rest of the world selling their bonds, it’s in a death spiral and gold will explode as it unwinds.

Happy days are just around the corner, I stand by 10p by the end of 2024.

In the real world, my prediction for the Q3 2024 operations should produce our strongest quarterly result for the Company with gold sales exceeding $50.0million at an average realised gold price of US$2,480 per ounce, based on a 20.2k ounce gold sales.

Let’s hope we get some other exciting info alongside record results, the Abra tenement is Darren Bowden’s idea, I have a feeling there is an extremely good reason and he has been gagging to let the market know, radio silence no more.

Whist we wait for the market to catch on to the unbelievably strong position we find our selves in today, we clear $1600 profit on every ounce produced, $1.1 million every 3 days based on our average 21k ounce quarters.

How’s that for your sleep whilst we wait? Has not always been the case in the past, but I sleep extremely well these days.

$2650 gold price….those few selling into this gold rally are mental, I’m sorry but we are printing cash at unbelievable rates now, $1.1 million profit every 3 days, profit…..free flow cash after all costs, its every share holders cash, it’s just managed in the best way it can be by Darren Bowden, a dream position for all of us.

My take on the lack of promotion for our company in both written or video format is because RHL have been a real pain for MTL, the loan interest reduction they agreed to but then didn’t was a farce, I have a feeling they didn’t want the Abra tenement to go through, so it’s purchase was also delayed until RHL were off the board meetings, so the agreed 5p per share buyout of their 393 million shares was in possible danger of breaking down again if we had rallied higher in the mean time, so Darren has had to go quiet and get the deal done.

Now that the deal is payed for, RHL gone, the Abra tenement is ours and proving up can start, we can expect him to shout out loud about the fantastic opportunity in front of us.

Q3 update and a video or two should really get the show going, we have no more bumps in the road, record gold prices is a massive tail wind to an already brilliantly run mining business.

When I said 2.5 years I was being pessimistic, this interview in Feb 2024 by Darren Bowden states 4 years gold reserves, other information he has mentioned 3 to 4 years gold reserves, so I’m basing 2.5 years as a worst case, 7 minutes 30 seconds is where he states 4 years, watch the whole video, it’s a corker, grades of 1.2 to 1.4 g/t gold recoveries over that life, the confidence in his own skills is apparent, that’s why I’m invested, heavily, I’m invested in Darren Bowden, who has turned a failing business into a flourishing business, and talks about a 2 billion market cap multiple asset mining company as his goal, I believe he’s capable, value here is clearly undervalued on metrics alone, but severely undervalued on the strength of our CEO.

There is actually 2.5 years gold in Runruno and the amounts are already plotted as an average of 1.29g/t

for those remaining years.

Darren Bowden has under forecast every year, we break the upper forecast each time, and 2024 will be the same at current recoveries, on target for 84k ounces this year.

We are generating huge revenues, $100 million plus per annum so it’s not hard to see why Darren is confident.

The Abra tenement is part of the long term plan and other acquisitions will be in our reach as when they suit us, we have a long and prosperous future, make no mistake.

With Gold $400 dollar an ounce higher than H1, you can see why he sees strength, You can add an extra $16 million income on that basis alone for H2.

The remainder of this year is a fresh start, everyone on the same page, accumulating vast amounts of cash, zero debt, proving up additional gold reserves, all in a record high gold environment, happy days for all invested.

Hazbeen, your struggling, so just to clarify 1.82 billion shares in issue today, less another 95 million purchased from RHL in the next week or so as agreed with RHL, leaving RHL with no holding and MTL shares in issue for market purpose of 1.73 billion.

The Abra tenement is owned and paid for, the drill rig is onsite and paid for, the costs of exploration are tiny in comparison and do not effect our future income revenues, of which are huge, $10 million profit per month and 30 months gold remaining in our current mine.

Costs to close the mine estimated at just $5 million and all equipment fully owned and movable to the Abra tenement when the time is right.

Darren Bowden has already expressed his wish to build a small scale intermediate mining plant to capitalise the Abra tenement before and during the time period it takes to start large scale mining of the Abra tenament.

Well if you actually owned shares Hazbeen you would know there are currently 1823 million shares in circulation today, and we are buying the last 95 million shares held by RHL in the next week or two, reducing the shares in circulation to just 1728 million.

10p a share would be a £172.8 market cap.

At current gold pricing and average MTL gold

production we would generate £172.8 million in 21 months, how can that be expensive? The average big gold producers would take 120 months to generate profits to match their market cap.

10p is still silly cheap, and the Abras contents will be the catalyst to propel us there and beyond, details on the Abra will be public soon enough.

Did say $2600 would return, $1550 dollar profit an ounce is a dream position for MTL, and the market cap is lower than it was before the 20% share buy back was implemented, a tiny bit of good news to ignite interest is all that’s required, exciting few months, 10p still my prediction for this year, and that’s only £170 million market cap, crazy.
