As he said, we have a market cap of £97 million, how crazy has that valuation just become, the deal is done with Condor, he just can’t say it, the extension of resources that be be fed through existing processing at Runruno, the proving up of the Abra which already has shown high grade gold and copper targets, and the assurance La India will be producing by the end of 2026, it’s a dream position and run by a multi skilled, multi lingual and highly proven CEO, who’s assured all financing required from current incomes, this is where my instinct on a 10p by the end of 2024 prediction came from, I stick by that prediction, but it may be a month or two later.

He’s an absolute diamond, makes amazing presentations, no doubts to what he has planned, it would be amazing if he can realise new gold reserves neighbouring the Runruno processing plant, the costs involved in moving it to the Abra would be saved and production could start immediately as the Runruno reserve dries up in Q1 2027

We are seriously cheap already, with this future, we are an absolute steel.

Great teaser on the deal struck, 120k ounces expectations initially, split 66/34 in MTLs favour, 80k MTL ounce profits again, decades of gold in hand, low AISC, tell me what’s not to like, MTL has the cash generation to bring La India to production whilst still having an income from Runruno, a period of double income, then we have the Abra tenament that will replace Runruno, it’s a fantastic strategy, and all whilst gold enjoys a bull run.

This is a great deal for both Condor and us.

CNR have been handed a life line, it’s a better deal than simply been offered more today and not being part of MTLs journey, La India will be realised, turned into money, 100% certainty, Darren Bowden is that skilled, he turned Runruno from losing millions every month with its highest grade gold, to one that cleared a $133 million debt @ 15% ticket, bought out a major shareholder for $25 million, banked $11 million, purchased another asset (Abra tenament) for $1.6 million, all on lower grade gold and lower gold pricing than todays, we are in the best of hands, we are all very lucky to be on this journey.

La India and MTL is a done deal, Darren Bowden never mentions anything until it’s fact, he’s brokered this deal well before he made an RNS on the subject, the official offer is just playing lip service to the procedures.

I personally am very happy with it, it’s what MTL required to secure a longer term asset, with no loss of earnings.

We had the same issue at Runruno and it was brought under control, we had over 80 small ventures removed peacefully, we also know it’s a great idea to work with some, an idea Darren touted back in Feb, he says they work high grade spots, so it’s something he may do at the Abra tenement to capitalise a quicker return from it.

MTL is never ramped by management, it’s always facts only, but Darren Bowden is constantly over performing his estimates, La India will be in the best hands possible, if the resource is as great at you guys say, it will be realised in the most efficient of manor, Darren has proven his metal with MTL, and always has the local people’s interest at heart, a major reason why we have won the top Philippine mining awards 3 years running.

Because of the way Darren runs his company, we have always remained undervalued, no hype, just solid business, so those receiving MTL shares are receiving a cheap entry into a company now with multiple assets, as we continue to generate huge cash flows via Runruno, the future is extremely bright

It’s a done deal, trust me, a lot has been agreed well before the RNS to us.

It’s fantastic news in my opinion, Darren has mastered Runruno and his time will now be spent at La India, where his mastery will have it in production, have no doubt, it’s the future we all wanted, decades of gold to mine now in hand, a CEO who says little but produces more.

For those looking in from owning Condor shares, that interview back in Feb was the first time Darren had publicly sold the virtues of MTL, since then MTL has bought out all the shares from a major shareholder at a cost of £20m and put them into Treasury, as well as buying the Abra tenement and commencing drilling, Drachs investment have been our most recent major shareholder purchasing an18% shareholding at prices between 5p and 6.75p.

We had nearly $11 million banked with no debt back in September, so it would be safe to say we have over $25 million banked today.

The cash generation is vast enough to fund both the purchase of La India, and enough to take the mine to production, without dilution of existing shareholders, a point made by Darren and Nick Candy the largest shareholder.

Let’s see how this offer pans out, Condor need to sell La India, or find an investor, MTL need new land banks, and one ready to mine, so this would be a fantastic deal for MTL, and Condor would have a big payday, possibly disappointing for existing Condor shareholders, but they have the opportunity to join a 3 time top award mining company MTL and enjoy the ride with us.

If you go to the Condor chat on LSE you will see that they in general believe a 33p offer from MTL is us taking massive advantage of their position, they are very unhappy with the low ball offer, $billions in assets unrealised by Condor shareholders, so it’s highly possible if we actually make this acquisition happen, you will get a huge influx of Condor shareholders jumping onto MTL so they can continue in realising the assets Condor as a company failed to.

Win win for MTL.

I’ve seen 0.4p and I’ve seen 6.75p Hazbeen, 7 years invested here, and shareprice has little correlation to the prospects at times, todays news is good news, but the shareprice never seems to react initially to good news, it will take a little time for it to settle, but I don’t trade, and I don’t care, it’s the direction MTL are taking that agrees with me or doesn’t, but this style of acquisition is what’s needed for long term shareprice increases, and long term dividend streams.

Again, I believe this is what we need, if it comes off.

Hazbeen, the troll, it’s why I’m invested here still, it’s the 2 billion market cap ambitions that really excites me, Runruno is the cash pile income to get the La India and Abra producing before the 2 1/2 years gold reserve is spent, banking it is vanity, dividends now is ill spent, expand now whilst the sun shines is absolute key, we have experts making these decisions, and who are we to think we know better? Bowden is paramount, he knows how to run a mine, but he needs material to mine, hello La India.

Oh, if you wondered why Drachs paid 5p, 6p and 6.75p per share for her 18%? It’s because of this possible deal, this is the reason she got on board, not to make a penny more two like most PIs, it’s to be part of a much larger MTL, I have a feeling, this offer will be lead to an acquisition, exciting moment for us all.

Well if you ever wondered how Darren Bowden was going to grow MTL to a 2 billion market cap company it was always going to be acquisitions.

An offer on Condor is a step in that direction, we have the income from Runruno to spend on getting La India to production, something they have failed to do, so it’s a great move should it come off, it’s only a bid at the moment, it’s not a done deal, but it’s a winner for us if it comes off, if it doesn’t, it’s clear that’s the path MTL are choosing, multiple assets, multiple incomes, we know gold is at the start of a long bull run, and it’s clear the opportunity to make huge sums from gold is at a once in a life time moment.

Darren has proven his skills at Runruno, time to put them skills into the Abra and possibly La India.

Some don’t like change, but it’s the only way to really grow MTL, positive news today.

Last years Q4 production was 17606 ounces so we know poor weather during that quarter slows things a little, we now know Darren likes to set lower predictions as not to disappoint, so expect a little more when we see the final figures, great numbers how ever you look at it.

Its really nice to see positive news shared with the market between the standard quartely updates, the top mining award for the 3rd time cements how professional we are as a business, and will pay dividend for the company as it expands, the Goverment encourage mining in the Phillipines and us being the best assures us a resistant free future.

This quarter is usually on the lower end of production numbers for the year due to the seasonal high winds and rain, but its testiment to the workforce that what created havoc 5 years ago, loses us only 36 hours production now, MTL have absolutely cracked efficiency and reliability.

The financial numbers are nailed on to be by far the best ever this year, by a long stretch, with gold average 20% higher than 2023, 2025 are nailed on to be better again, not only from even higher gold pricing, but no debt and no wasted interest payments, infact i hope the banked savings are in a interest paying account, I know I get 4% on my business savings.

I hope the next update includes the Abra tenament, and that video please Darren, us investors in the know is great, thank you, but the world needs to know how good MTLs prospects are.

The patience required is rewarding, and it will continue to pay dividend, literally in time.

I also buy Gold coins, they are over £2200 for the 1st time, that's for new Britannia 1oz coins, a new high for those today.

Silver coins are a good bet if you fancy holding real money, not the paper promises we hold in our wallets.

A Silver Britannia is around £35 a coin, if the gold to silver ratio gets back to 60 which is the norm, you will get a lift in silver price above the gold price, I have a lot of silver and a little gold, silver supply is currently in deficit, we use more than we mine, its price is heavily manipulated, but the likes of China and India are taking advantage of this low price and buying shed loads, the deficit will lead to shortages and silver will hit new highs in the near term, a year or two.

I advise to all I know to get out of paper promises, and buy stocks and UK physical coins, capital gains tax free, VAT free in the case of Gold.

It’s clear we are going to bank more than our current market cap before Runruno runs out of gold in 2 1/2 years, and from Darren Bowdens last interview he used the phrase, "MTL are Bell of the Ball" in the Philippines and as such we had 20 offers from other companies and yet Darren has gone with YMC and the Abra tenement, its this reason why I believe he already knows its gold rich.

An idea mentioned before, the Abra being fairly local to Runruno, its possible to transport gold rich material for processing at Runruno, to add to material near the end of Runruno as it runs down.

The idea Darren mentioned of high grade small scale processing plants that cost $3 million to purchase off the shelf was exciting, he said they have the ability to make as much revenue from high grade pockets as a large scale low grade processing plant.

If we find other economical mining businesses ripe to join or take over, we know we have the cash to make a deal, so Im confident we have a long and prosperous future.

Whilst MTLs market cap of £100 million is covered from just 1 years gold sales profits says it all, I’m sure he has mistakenly posted on the wrong thread.

I think Biden letting the Ukranians use long range missiles on Russia is a milestone moment, its taking us into this war, and gold is reacting accordingly, dangerous times ahead.
