$1350 profit per ounce…..come on now

Well the current market cap of our debt free mining company is £76 million or 10 months gold profits at current prices, if you can’t see how undervalued that make us maybe those selling shouldn’t be buying shares?

Contrary to JWBellamy, the CEO Darren Bowden has said in an interview from accurate drilling that the reserves for the next year are proven at 1.40g/t to 1.20g/t averaging 1.29g/t

That’s 4 years and a few months reserves as of Feb 2024.

At $1335 dollars clear profit per ounce it’s a cash generating monster, patience

This is hitting stop losses on those who are trading, LTHs do just that, hold long term, they don’t have stop losses in place, the recent rise to 5p plus is natural growth, and now it’s consolidating, it’s natural movement and AAZ followed this path from 4p to 173p in a zig zag, all on lower production and lower gold prices, so be patient, automatic stop losses will lose your opportunity to ride this fantastic gold producer to real success, better news on the horizon and the market maker will spring the shareprice back up, that how he makes a market, and that’s how he makes his margin.

The facts are MTL are in the best shape ever, 4 years gold proven at 1.29g/t average provides us around $400 to $500 million clear flow cash over that period at current gold prices, the LTHs including myself are here from dark days and held tight, expanded our holdings and have waited for this position, debt free at a time of historical high gold prices, I hope those selling are not panicking as the market maker is driving this lower on a bump in the road and will bring it back up when he has enough cheap shares, I’m not effected personally because I just hold and increase with dips, those dips created by this manipulation, so don’t fall for it and take the same opportunity, as MTLs future is rock solid from here, the share price does not always reflect that fact. Hold tight and let this bump pass by, they always do

I am buying and have nearly 7 million to be clear, day to day doesn't worry me as I have said, the cream always floats to the top and I no interest in selling a single share till we are in diuble digits, so I just wait patiently and add on any dips, this being just another, debt free and spinning $325k per day will do all the work for us, sellers sell and buyers buy, it makes no difference to the end results or the future of MTL for me, this dip is just caused by a large seller, once cleared the price will be pushed higher for those in any doubt what to do, patience is all thats required.

Another 23k ounce quarter like Q1 generates $30.7 million profit and we have at least $5 million banked already even after paying the unexpected $6 million cash grab from the greedy major shareholders.

Oh and the cherry on top, we had 1540 ounces of unsold gold from Q1, another $3.6 million to bank

Hence I took another 200k today.

You always get a pull back before a rise and many fall for it, panicking, nothing has changed, $325k profit per day is still generating, the Abra tenement is still ours in June, the share price is what it is, if $6 million extra interest has you panicking then have faith that 19 days production pays that, this pull back is an opportunity and should be grabbed with both hands, cash is been banked and the next couple of months will cement that fact, have faith, have patience and take this opportunity or let it pass you by and you will wonder why you did, multi bag investment is on the cards for us all.

mtl are set to produce profits in just 1 years production that equal their current market cap, now that’s telling me we are priced at a fraction of our real worth, hence why i continue to buy and increase my holding, a now substantial holding.

then i see share prophets who i don’t subscribe to as i think they are full of sh-t, but it annoys me to see them write an article headlined mtl are possibly the best gold mine play ever at 2.7p and then tell their punters to take profit at 5.5p, you can bet on this, they bought in before the initial tip, and sold before advising to take profit, now this weekend they put the boot in and **** the management for the extra interest payments, hoping to bring our shareprice lower and get back on board, ready for them to write another bullish article in a month or two, they are doing what many have done and been prosecuted for back in the 90s in the daily news papers, manipulating investors to their advantage.

mtl are undervalued, and in the amazing position of producing huge amounts of cash and being the darlings of the miners in the philippines, ripe for massive expansion, so sit tight and watch the shareprice ratchet ever higher, it’s only just started and don’t let bent tipsters tell you different.

Darien, your under stating the current margin, $1051 AISC and gold at $2366, that £1315 pure profit for every ounce, that’s got be the highest margin in all of history for gold mining, no doubt what so ever.

Well I can’t resist a bargain, added another 200k, thank you for the massive over reaction, MTL back in silly cheap territory.

Another FACT……we have a minimum of 4 years gold at 1.29g/t average remaining in our current mine.

Our last 2 quarters have produced grades of 1.33g/t average for reference, the last quarter produced 23k ounces, well above the 20k ounce per quarter expectation set by Darren Bowden at the end of 2023.

The Abra tenement will add to those numbers in the next couple of years.

Whilst we worry about the $6 million additional interest, let’s not forget the move in gold from $2000, a milestone that’s been blasted past and holding, that’s literally 5 x more important than the major shareholders greedy tactics, $366 dollars extra per ounce is $30 million additional income on 80k ounces annual production, another number we are set to break as well, so let’s get some perspective.

We are on the ride of our life and we will get bumps in the road, but MTL are in the best position to produce shareholder value and it’s obvious to LTHs who let’s face it hold 90% of the free floating shares, the few day trading are the ones moving the price, MTL are an AIM listed share but it’s not a gamblers investment, it’s a rock solid gold producing company and gold is at all time highs, set to get higher, so it’s business as usual, those who come and go makes no difference to MTLs success.

$6 million is chicken feed to the cash generation in play, it’s literally 19 days profits at current pricing, we are set to make $120 million in just 12 months, so if that ends up being $114 million it’s still an amazing performance, todays news will blow over and those buying up the selling today will have had a fantastic opportunity to get in cheap.

Long term holders have had massive issues in the past, and held fast, this feels is like a wet weekend in comparison, and nothing other than annoying, Darren Bowden is a mining genius and not an accountant, so sit tight and allow him to grow this company, the ups and downs of the share price has no effect to LTHs as we have our eyes on where we will be in 12 months, 24 months, 5 years etc, day to day pricing is for those looking for quick gains, I have my eyes on a much bigger prize, $6 million is not going to effect that dream one jot.

Although it’s clear the major shareholders are greedy bastards, it’s pocket change now, we currently make $6 million in just 19 days production, assuming we don’t get it back it’s a 19 day set back, take it on the chin and move on, as said earlier they expected a lot longer period of interest than they got, clambering for more is low, but it is what it is.

Top up opportunity, 10p a share in 12 months has not changed, everything else remains the same, record high gold producing huge bankable sums.

It may have gone unnoticed from our Q1 results that our AISC was only $1051 per ounce, the 1st month of Q2 the gold price has averaged $2341 per ounce so if we have ran the mine in the same manor as Q1 we have been making $1290 per ounce clear profit.

If we have matched the 23k ounce production of Q1 we have made $9.89 million in April…….$325k per day.

Let that soak in and it blows my mind, this is not paying off debts, it’s clear profit, Q2 is going to be the quarter that wakes the market up to the unbelievable levels of cash generation in play.

Just to be clear about our 4 years reserves, Darren Bowden stated in an interview in Feb and said the last 4 years gold reserves at Runruno have gold

grades of between 1.4g/t and 1.2g/t averaging 1.29g/t gold over the 4 years, he also stated that there was a few months additional reserves found from additional drilling, these are the words of Darren Bowden and I take his word over any other party.

Those grades are typical of recent recoveries and so we can expect 20k ounce plus quarters for the rest of the mine life.

Candy already has accepted the 7% rate and MTL have already paid off the loan as far as they are concerned, Edwards is basically being given his 7% and if he wants 15% he will have to fight for it, but it looks like a lost cause for him with MTL having written legal agreements and Candy has followed those agreements and already accepted taking 7% interest.

Cracking day all in all, bring on Q2 and news on the Abra tenement.

It is just the smaller shareholders Edwards part of the loan interest thats in dispute, the larger shareholder Nick Candy has accepted the terms and the interest reduction to 7%, so yes its not alot, but its a written agreement that Edwards and Candy made with MTL and Candy is sticking to it, so Edwards is going to lose the argument if he was to take it any further than verbally agreeing to what he signed for, overall its small fry now, and not worth thinking about.
